Showroom eMAG Timisoara - Sagului

Great showroom, not too big but with a big stock of products. The staff are friendly and helpful and can help you find the right product for your need. I use it a lot for picking up small orders that I would otherwise need to pay delivery for. Has quite a few parking spaces right in front of the showroom. Also a tram station is close, 1min walk, bus station 2 min walk.

I normally use it to pick up my online orders and their system is actually very smart and quick: if you pay online you can go and scan the qr code that you have in the order pick up mail (using a machine they have there which prints a bar code) and by the time you reach the pick up counter, somebody will have already started looking for your order in the storage room. You give them the bar code, they give you your package and just like that you are done in a couple of minutes.

Its a Nice store, quickly someone came and asked if we wanted some help, first we wanted to look around a little bit more but when she realized we needed some more information she was there. Payment and getting the product was really quick, I was very happy with the help and store

Excellent. Friendly and very effective staff. By the time you have paid, your product is already awaiting for you at the counter. Never spent more than 5' there. Congratulation, you all, guys and gals!

Well, I am impressed by eMag. They do a very good job, huge diversity, fast delivery, various ways of paying, even credits if needed

Cool place, great logistics . People working there are nice, but they don't know enough stuff to advice you :) went to buy a phone - paying 1' but documents took another 10 😂

Friendly and helpful staff if you need info, but this is more like a pickup spot if you order ahead.

And the whole workflow is well planned and effective, in a couple of minutes the products ordered are ready for pickup.
