Iulius Town

Nice place with everything you need inside from clothes to really good food!
Outside is just perfect, the park, the lake and everything else.
I was really happy to be there and very surprised that outside was so quiet and pleasant.
And just one more... It was perfectly clean inside and out 👌

Such a great place to relax in the evenings after work. You can have a nice dinner followed by some crazy waffles filled with everything you're dreaming of and a very nice smoothie or bubble tea.

I mean... Bubble teas!! Tell me where else you have heard about something like that.

Motiko desserts... Oh God... That place is just pure heaven, I am telling you.

Iulius Town Timișoara (until 2019 Openville Timișoara) is the name of a mixed-use development, edge city and shopping mall located in Timișoara, Romania. Owned by the Iulius Group Atterbury Europe consortium, the project was conceived from the beginning to integrate Iulius Mall, now completed with office, retail and entertainment functions. The mixed project includes, in addition to the shopping area, a park, event rooms, offices, a health center, a cinema and over 4,000 parking spaces. Over 442 million euros were invested in the first phase of the project, partially inaugurated in August 2019, being one of the largest infusions of private capital in the real estate sector ever made in Romania. The estimated annual traffic for Iulius Town is over 20 million visitors.

Absolutely lovely place for a relaxing walk and spending time with family. So many things to do,specially for the little ones.

The outside garden area is wonderful and a joy to sit or walk there, great for a quick bite or even lunch/dinner at the outside restaurants. Also has some merry-go-round and trampolines for children. They sometimes organize various mini events, both fun and interesting

Huge and numerous parking places, indoors, underground and outside.

I like the architecture and the good number of opportunities one has here, from business to food and drinks. Elegant, practical space.

An amazing place, I still remember the beginning when it was smaller. The food is good, a place for kids to play, many different shops and always something new to find.

I would say its the main point in Timisoara because this is where you meet with people to drink, see a movie and many more.

Iulius Mall Timișoara is a prominent shopping and entertainment destination located in Timișoara, Romania. This modern mall offers a wide range of shopping opportunities, dining options, and entertainment experiences, making it a hub for both locals and tourists.

Big trade center with world-wide known brand and food area, Ashan super market. We were here on Lego exhibition, the children exited to take a part in it.

It has it all - a nice park with a carousel, restaurants and many shopping options. Very well maintained, many options of spending your free time.

Feels endless due to how big it was

I am giving 5 stars even though navigating the place is not super easy; it feels like the corridors go on and on forever and it is not obvious where you end up in if you go through an exit. That being said, they have everything one might need and more. Clean facilities. The adjacent garden is beautiful.

One word (stunning) is not enough to describe this place. It's easy to get here if you come out of town from the north of the city. Lots of parking spaces available in the underground parking. You can get back to the surface by elevators or stairs. Toilet almost next to every exit and very clean. All shops are spotless and as first impression this is a "full house" mall, filled with shops and boutiques. Very well organized and clean, good lighting inside and spacious. At the time of my visit the place wasn't too crowded. I really enjoyed walking around and was pleased to find out all the takeaways and restaurants were in one area, also known as food court. This is good for the other shops, staying away from the smell of food and for the shoppers because they have all the available food shops in one place

If the weather is bad, it is ideal to spend the day. Ideal for shopping, prices range from mid-range to more expensive brands. On the last floor there are dishes for everyone's taste

You have everything here: a lovely quiet park to sit and enjoy the weather or conversations with your friends, your kids can have fun too in the carroussel or maybe even you can bring out your inner child to have some fun, if you want to go shopping you have many brands to choose from, if you are hungry...thirsty...this is the place to be. I'm sure when the park will be 100% done it will be even lovelier.

This place is more than a shopping center, it is a place where you can shop, relax over a coffee or have a meal, with many famous shops and many parking spaces.

Amazing, and so big that once entered, whole day can be spent here.
