If You like to see design from Romanian Communist era here is a perfect place which needs a renovation quickly.
The bonus is the lake and beautiful park/forest.

One of the most beautiful places to relax in nature and enjoy a royal fairytale view. And it's so close to Bucharest! Definitely worths a visit and also planning an event here.
