Cascada Pișoaia

Nice waterfall, not so great but beautiful. A lot of parking spots for 5 lei. Easy access by foot, only 5 minutes of walking from parking.

Quite close to the main road, can go by car very near, but the path is very narrow (one car wide). There are 2-3 parking lots.

Great scenery! Easy to get there even with small kids. There are some private parking lots near the waterfall and I suggest paying there rather than moving forward because the road is narrow and there little to no room for free parking. Near the waterfall you can find a place where you can order some pie and stuff to drink.

Absolutely beautiful! The waterfall is gorgeous and very refreshing. There is a bridge right at the base where you can stand and take pictures but you also have to possibility to go right under the waterfall. Worth the trip especially since there are other beautiful/cool places to visit in that area.

A very unique waterfall. It is not huge but it offers a lovely view. You can walk a bit and you will see it from the top too. You don’t need hiking shoes.
The downside of this is that there is no parking so be prepared to park on the edge of the road but the waterfall is very near so that is and advantage if you have kids or you can’t walk long distances.
It is worth admiring the view from the top and in autumn the colours are amazing.

Nice waterfalls, it is a must to visit if you are in the area. Short walk ~500 from parking place.

The waterfall is very beautiful and in hot summer days it's a bless as it sprays water when it hits the ground. Our 5 years old boy really loved being here too.

The waterfall is really beautiful, at least when it is a rainy season. The access is really easy by car and you can park in someones property for a small amount. I don't think the parking is legall, because you don't get a ticket.
From the parking you will make 5 minutes by walking.
Be sure to respect the nature and let others to take pictures. Be friendly!
Also take at least one minute and enjoy the view.
PS Bigar waterfall is overrated:)

Beautiful. Worth seeing it. When approaching by car, there's a place marked as parking place. Stop there, if you continue, you might not have enough place to turn around.

It was a lovely experience but I heard when there's a drought it's not this spectacular. I highly recommend it

The waterfall itself is gorgeous and nature beautiful. Unfortunatelly local authorities have not improved tourist access at all in the past 10 years, not even one thing has changed since the last time we were there. It is sad that we have such beautiful things in our country and people who have the power and money to change things, look the other way, and stay corrupt.

The second waterfall as a waterfall in Romania. The fall is about 18 meters. It is also known as the bride's waterfall because the waterfall looks like a bridal veil. Legend has it that a young bride threw herself on top of it.

Interesting fall, unusual rocks and scenery, great surroundings, cute pathway to the fall itself.

Cold place for hot summer 🌞

I recommend visiting this waterfall during the winter time.
