Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Review: My stay at the five-star hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire experience. The attention to detail in the decor, from the elegant furnishings to the exquisite artwork, created an ambiance of luxury and sophistication.The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and opulence. The plush bedding, soft lighting, and panoramic views left me feeling pampered and relaxed. Every amenity imaginable was at my fingertips, ensuring that every need was met with ease.

Quiet , welcoming and good taste all around. Comfortable rooms with nice view of the mountains, cozy pool albeit a bit small, excellent breakfast. They even had gluten free bread upon request at breakfast. It’s a great choice if you want to hit the Azuga slopes or wander atop Sorica with Bucegi towering in the diatance.

About the only hotel where you can find a network cable in the drawer.
The restaurant team was exceptional. They prepared extra stuff for the buffet on-demand so people with dietary restrictions have more options.
Very responsive for any of our requests, always with a smile (we had a large team visit and used all facilities).
All the facilities are well maintained and open for business when needed.
Extended interval for breakfast and excellent food for all meals.
Plugs in the parking lot are available for charging your EV which is already nice. One or two EV dedicated parking spots with Type2 11k/22k EV chargers would be a perfect start with a minimum investment.
Very close to the ski lifts, basically next door.

Wonderful experience, a truly beautiful hotel!The room was spacious enough with all the amenities (including iron and ironing board) and the view of the mountains amazing. Delightful welcoming and treatment at the reception desk.
Everything was very clean, spotless at the arrival, but during the stay a little bit less. Toilet paper wasn’t left the second day, the glasses weren’t cleaned/changed and the ashtray outside wasn’t emptied.
Great design of the balcony that offers total privacy. The spa is ok, although the pool is quite small, I enjoyed the sauna, it’s really nice to relax after a long day on the mountains.
The restaurant is ok, I think it can be improved though, the dishes aren’t quite 5 stars.
The location is really great, right next to the gondola lift that takes you up to 1550 meters altitude. The view from there is spectacular. Will be coming back for sure.

Overall its a very good experience with that.

The room ia very spacious and well organized. The furniture can be perceived as old, but it was not a bother for me. Very clean and convenient.

Very nice hotel very helpful staff

This is my favorite hotel in Prahova Valley. They managed to create a little heaven there, the tiny gardens around the hotel are so peaceful and relaxing, and at night, there are small lights here and there, making everything look idyllic. The food and especially the deserts were tremendous. The staff is so friendly. The room was quiet and clean, big bathroom with everything you need (thumbs up for the cosmetics as well). The room had a private balcony (all rooms have one) with a beautiful view of the mountains. At night it is so so quiet. It's a perfect and -healthy for the soul- retreat.

One of the best hotels in the area. Really close to the slopes, underground parking and excellent location. Rooms are nice, breakfast is tasty. They even offer room service without extra charge during the pandemic. The spa center is quite small but you get free access. Restaurant menu has some tasty dishes. Their Caesar salad is delicious.

Expensive but worth full and above, the money one should spend. Restaurant managed by Chef Marco Favino (formerly with Resto Aperto), with an Italian-Romanian based dishes menu, it is an excellent restaurant owned & operated by Le Manoir. Five stars accommodation, with all that is required plus pool, sauna, fitness apparel included. Near the ski installation.

It's nice. Hotel has a ski deposit room with boot warmers. Restaurant food is tasty but unjustifiably expensive. Room space is generous, but we were unable to control the temperature with the thermostat. It was too hot in the room so we had to sleep with the door to the balcony slightly opened. No direct access to the slope. Everything was sparkling clean inside the hotel. Has underground parking which is great in the winter. Personnel was nice and helpful.

wonderful hotel with helpful staff, cool view from the balconies, excellent location, chic area around the hotel with a place for children! Perfect!
