Surprisingly good experience with a rental company. They gave me the best quote out of all the other agencies at the airport. I also traveled to 2 other countries on the rental, and they had no issue with that either. FYI, if you go to Bulgaria, make sure you buy a vignette at the border. Or they will hit you with a daily fine.

Great experience renting with Autorom. Smooth communication, Nice automatic Skoda Scala with proper winter tyres. I needed to have the Car in Cluj Napoca and they met me at my Hotel. Couldn't be better. Highly recommended

I had to rent a van/ people mover unexpectedly when I flew in. The counter was easy access in the arrivals. They were extremely helpful and got me on my way quickly. I would recommend them and I myself will rent from them again.

We booked car with Autorom from Florida a couple months back. We communicated with them using whatsapp. Once we arrived at the Otopen airport, we found them easily at the rent a car area at the airport. They took us to another location to get our car. Their personnel were very courteous and helpful. We got a very good, spacious and safe vehicle for a reasonable price for a week. When going to return the car please make sure to scan the QR code to find the drop off location. ( It was very helpful!) Thank you Autorom for your service!

From the first moment upon our arrival at OTP airport until our departure from it, the employees served us flawlessly. They were informative and answered everything you asked them politely. When returning the car from the pick-up point (note that it is about 500m from the airport, which they take you with their own car) after ordering, they take you to the departures themselves. Very polite staff. I highly recommend. New cars. If I'm in Bucharest again, I'll rent a car from them. Well done!!!

I had a very good experience at this rent-a-car place in Airport Otopeni, Bucharest, Romania. I did not use them before but for my first time as a client I was impressed with their service and the quality of the car. We rent a Dacia Dokker with them for 10 days that we were touring around Romania and everything was perfect.
It was our second time renting a car and the first was not so good in Italy so we were a little worried, but since the first contact all gone perfectly. They are so kind and the treatment is very personal unlike other rent a car multinationals.
They give us the car in our hotel in Bucharest, explain everything and as we contracted the full insurance we didn't let any deposit.
Really a great experience with them, if you are considering go to the amazing Romania and rent a car, they probably are one of your best options.

Excellent car rental. Of course we took full insurance as always, all their cars are in great shape, less than two years old, and they are really providing excellent service. In our case we also received an upgrade. We totally recommend them.

We rented from Autorom multiple times since August 2021. We came across them accidentally, after an unpleasant experience with an international rental company. We never tried to look for something else ever since. Their cars are new, clean and always in good condition. Their service is very customer orientated and it is hard to get something like this in Romania. When we had a problem on the road, the company’s boss picked up our call and guided us to manage the issue. They always bring the car to our location, we don't need to pick up /drop off at Otopeni. They have been very flexible and super pleasant to deal with! Their staff are very knowledgeable and kind. All of them but i really like dealing with Robert. If you need to rent a car in Romania and you dont want headaches and stress, do not hesitate to rent from Autorom. They will deliver high quality customer service with a human personalized touch and safe cars on the road.

Two week rental from Autorom and couldn’t be happier. Great customer service: I asked if my car could be switched as my needs changed after a few hours in the initial car. Came in that same night and switched vehicles. Both cars I drove had under 20K km and we’re in great condition. No gimmicks or issues when I returned the vehicle. Overall price was about 300 euros less than any of the big rental companies in Otopeni. Will rent again from them on my next trip to Romania.
