Excellent service, great car , quick drop off ( I had full insurance ). Had the car for 14 days.

The only negative , I ordered a dacia duster and got a sandero but was charged less.

I rented a car. They have offices very close to the airport. There is a constant shuttle bus service to their offices. You pick up and deliver the vehicle at their own big office. professional firm. but the lady who did our rental was a bit rude. While making a statement, he had an attitude as if warning someone who made a mistake with a harsh language. Even my kids wondered about it. Why did they say angry lady? If I come to Romania again, I will choose this company again. They gave a vehicle at 5000 km and I had no problems.

I had the best experience. At first i was afraid (i was petrified?) Because i read many bad reviews but eventually i bought the full warranty cover and everything ended up more than fine, and with a brand new car. The staff were all nice and welcoming, supwr fast check-in/out and a very smooth process all along the way. Thanks klass wagen!

I enjoyed an excellent service with Kalss Wagen. The company shuttle bus took me from Cluj Avram Iancu International Airport for a short journey to the office. The rental office employee on the desk served me very quickly and explained everything clearly so I was soon taken the vehicle. The car was in excellent condition . The drop off process was quick and I was soon dropped off back to the airport. I have rented in the past and I will continue to rent from them and definitely I would highly recommend this car rental company .

I used to book via Ryanair but this time I went direct. The rates were the same from what I could tell but by doing it this way I got the booking confirmation straight away. Previously tried to book through Ryanair and the transaction would not go through for some reason.

Great service at Klass Wagen in Bucharest. Quick shuttle to and from the airport, flexible pickup/drop off times and staff work 24/7 catering for late flight arrivals. Service was fast and friendly and car was very clean, new and comfortable. The young man Gabi at drop off was a legend, got the return process done quickly and returned me to the airport in a few minutes. I fully recommend this company to rent a car. Absolutely professionals, they contacted me with an email when I visited their website and through this I was able to ask every question I had. They helped me to book the best suitable package for my needs. On the day of the pick-up and of the drop-off the employees were extremely kind and helpfull.
Overall it was an exceptional experience.

Small hick-up regarding the return of the car, next time I know I should return it washed so it can be inspected right away. However, Klass Wagen checked the car later after it's been washed and the deposit was released immediately. Great service from and to the airport to. Just booked another car with you later this year! This is my second time renting a car from KlassWagen while travelling to Bucharest and overall, my experience with this company was great.
In August 2023 I received a fully equipped 1 months old cross-over with 5.000km mileage which looked and felt great to drive.
I was surprised by the features found in a Renault Captur which normally can be found in a higher end car model (lane assist, collision warning, connected infotainment & navi with traffic updates)
The staff was very prompt to reply to messages/calls and they have a shuttle to/from airport. The only catch is that the shuttle can be found at Departures terminal which I was told was due to airport regulations.

Easy on line booking, no waiting at collection. Car received in good condition and no issues during hire period. Returned with no problems and immediate transfer to airport. I wish all hire companies were as efficient as this one.
