Very friendly staff and very fast and efficient on the job, especially Alex. What I enjoyed the most was the fact that I got the car I reserved and did not feel the disappointment of getting a bad car.

I rented a car from them 2 weeks ago (Skoda Octavia) and everything went smooth. The place itself it's not next to the airport but they will gladly come to pick you up and also drop you off once you give back the car. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The car was clean when I picked it up and driving it was a pleasure.
Overall I had a good experience with this company and I will gladly use it in the future :D

Wonderful customer service, they worked with us even not having an international drivers license. Although we just used it in Romania, it’s definitely worth it to come and check them out. Don’t buy the internet insurance, buy it with them. It might cost a few extra dollars more a day, but it is worth every penny, if you have an accident (hopefully not) then just call them and it will be taken care of.

I have to admit that the staff on duty on that day (Valentin) has been over my expectations and above from A to Z (including my pickup at OTP and drop-off on my departure day). Very professional and friendly, Valentin has also been very helpful for my check-in, crystal clear about his advices and explanations about my stay. The drop-off of my car went smooth in the same way before I got driven to the terminal. I would highly recommend this car rental company without a doubt and keep use their services every time I travel to Romania!

Nahal was so helpful, had a minor issue on the road and she was very responsive and immediately helped me resolve the issue. Great customer service. When I come back will definitely rent from them again.

The golden characteristic of this rental company is that the majority of the cars are so new, they are clean and under good condition. The customer service is 24/7, there are so many different protection/insurance offers which help clients be able to choose the best option for them. The location is so near to the airport and at any hour there are provided the shuttle service to pick up/ drop off.

It's the third time I rented from them. 2015, 2017 and 2018. First time we had a Golf (slightly less than a year old), second it should have been a Megane break. Before the delivery I was called and asked whether I would be fine with automatic transmission (instead of manual). It turned out that the previous customer trashed the Megane and they brought me a Ford Focus break, which was about 14 months old. Third time it should have been again the Megane and we got an Astra (station wagon), quite well equiped (parking sensors rear AND front, traffic sign recognition, heated seats and heated multifunction steering wheel, Opel Link --Apple Carplay and Android Car ready--, keyless entry/start etc.); three months old and about 6000km on the odometer.

All cars were in a perfect technical state. Prices as agreed via mail or webpage.
Some minus points for imperfect communication (I called to give them a second phone number where I was reacheable, but this did not make it from the office to the delivery driver; on return day, the person supposed to pick the car up was also scheduled for office downtown, so they had to scramble up and it took some extra time), but nothing major. Far better experience than I had in 2016, when I got (from another company) a 7-8 year old car of different make and model than the 2 year old car which was agreed.

In Romania it seems that it pays to call one day in advance and reconfirm the pickup/delivery place and time.
I'd definitely recommend and rent again.
