The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and ready to help you with anything. Rooms were clean, big enough, cozy and warm.
Various breakfast in the morning and good coffee.
The quality/price ratio was very good. You got your money's worth.

Nice staff, big rooms with great bed. Decent breakfast. Not noisy. The only small inconvenient is the distance to the old center (10-15 RON for a taxi în one direction). Great value overall!

Review for a 3 nights stay on march 2017

Fairly large room, clean. Breakfast included in the price, very varied food above average in terms of quality. However the strength of the hotel is the staff, one of the most admired teams encountered so far. I will definitely return here in Sibiu.

Execellent experience here at hotel Class. Private parking available for 8-9 cars in the back. 3 parking spots available in the front of the hotel on Rahovei street. Breakfast was delivered in room or on the terrace in very clean conditions. The hotel is placed close to Sibiu Shopping Mall and easy to get out of town. Would return anytime here.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. We came late at night after a very long journey. The receptionist was very helpful, patient and understanding with us. There is free parking and free WiFi available. I would definitely revisit and recommend

It was a nice experience, the employees were friendly and gave us the all informations.

What I can add is that rooms can be renovated, but very clean.

We spend here days around New Year. The service is much better then 3 ***. The rooms are really clean, breakfast is delicious.
