Very beautiful place where to go ! I recommend to visit it Sunday morning or enen night when the church is very beatifull light.

This is impressive church, from outside and inside. It is Ortodox church dedicted to the Assumption of the Virgin, built by architect Victor Vlad. This church was inspired by the Hagia Sophia in Istambul, especially buttresses. Dome height is 24 m and the 33m steeple.

Very nice orthodox church in Timisoara. Peaceful, in a nice and calm location, good public transportation to arrive. The city centre is not very far neither, so make sure you include a visit here if you're visiting Timisoara.

Uma bela igreja do ponto de vista da arquitetura interior e exterior e arte. Ótimo ambiente para uma maior conexão com o transcendente e com seu interior. Como todas as outras igrejas ortodoxas que visitei na Romênia, me deixou uma excelente impressão.
