I ordered online many times and I always had a good experience: good products and good delivery. Last time I ordered perfume that was leaking (seemed like a factory defect). I contacted them and they offered to replace the product or to refund. I went for a replacement and everything went very smoothly: they collected the bad product and delivered me another one.

Ca si context, am plasta o comanda pe bestavlue cu livrare la easybox, insa cand am mers sa ridic coletul, lockerul era gol. Initial am sunat la sameday si dupa apeluri repetate le ei, in 2 saptamani problema nu a fost solutionata asa ca am decis sa-i contactez pe cei de la best value. De cand am trimis emailul pana s-a solutionat problema a durat 4 zile.
Asadar, am fost placut surprinsa de serviciile oferite de best value, rapiditatea in solutionarea problemei mele, cat si in modul eficient de comunicare. M-au tinut la curent cu fiecare pas, si chiar au revenit cu un apel cand nu am apucat sa va raspund in timp util.

Voiam doar sa transmit felicitari echipei de suport. Si eu am lucrat multi ani in customer service si sunt constienta ce mult conteaza calitatea oferita.

Am comandat de cateva ori online, iar acum ultima data am fost nevoita sa fac un retur. Aveam mici emotii, pentru ca citisem cateva review-uri negative cu privire la acest proces. Insa nu am avut nicio problema: mi s-a raspuns foarte repede la solicitarea de retur, mi s-au oferit informatiile cerute, s-a actualizat constant statusul procedurii, comunicarea mi s-a parut eficienta. In plus, preturile chiar sunt bune in comparatie cu piata, livrarea este rapida, iar cardul First Club vine intr-un ambalaj foarte elegant.
