Good airport, I have flown here so many times in the past 10 years. It is convenient, modern and easy, I also rented a car many times from here and generally been ok and good experience. Airport is located about 90min drive from Bulgaria border Ruse.
Check in is easy and to park outside its convenient and to drop luggage, free trolleys are available. Many carriers fly from here with many international flights.
Good airport 🛫
I recommend 👌 👏 👍 ☺

Train to aeroport in time, very clean, professional staff. Even is quite busy, the aeroport is clean, many sits for pasingers to rest or to wait before passing to border control. Large duty free, many places to eat, fast food, restaurants, Caffès, etc. Special places arranged for smoking if you are a smoker. An European aeroport!

The Bucharest Airport is excellent. Everything runs efficiently - check-in, security, passport control, all of it is fast. Plus, there are plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy.

First time here: fast and friendly passport control, good navigation to the transportation, clean WC. With the bus N100 is easy to get to the city center

The airport is small but have so many flights and routes per day, the security lines are long but they are fast.

There are plenty of vending machines in the entrance and inside airport as well. So don’t worry if you’re hungry you definitely have plenty of choices. Also there is a supermarket with more conventional prices but is kind of hidden(on arrivals you go 1level down on the left side)

Duty free have very decent prices and a lot of beautiful souvenirs, I absolutely adore it. They also have membership card while you can gain points in money.

Toilets are decent, depends on the time that you are coming.

Inside airport there is 1 level down where I attached one video that there is “fresh food” and 1 Burger King and recently they make Subway as well. The prices are ridiculous tho’. Very expensive.

The nicest, cleneast and best run small airport I've seen! Had an issue with lost luggage, they handled it very well( Mrs Maria I think). Efficient immigration officers. Landed and out in 15-20 min! What else do u want for an European capital? Good job guys!

Is clean, good managed very big airport. I was very impressed by getting unsolicited help, which saved me maybe thousand British pounds, from staff serjeant ms Alexandra, who just saw me confused with the child on corridors! She must be a superior manager there! She make me believe in police honesty again. Hope I'll can to thank her somewhen. Pray for God to help people's like Alexandra every minute's to do what they do. Highly recommend to visit this airport and city, if you're honest person of course!

It is a small airport, it takes 10 minutes from arrival to baggage claim. There are not many employees at ppt control, it is a small hall but it moves fast.
On the departure side security is usually crowded. Ppt passes are fast, duty free is quite big and has many things you are looking for. There are 2 lounges and there is a smoking room in the lounge. The lounge near gate 9 is usually less crowded than the other one.

Airport rail link between Bucharest Airport and Gara De Nord Station. Costs 1Euro. Takes 20 minutes. Train runs every 40 minutes 24/7. The ticket needs to be paid for on the train using a card

Modern, really fast and with good connectivity. Toilets are clean, there’s a supermarket opened late and immigration was really dynamic, I barely wait . At the end, I got a Bolt that took me downtown for £10 and in no time. Really easy to navigate

It's been 6 years since I last flew from Henri Coandă Airport and things have changed quite a bit. Now there's a train that takes you from the North Train Station (main train station in Bucharest) straight to the airport for 1 euro. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets where the gates 36-39 and the young lady working there didn't stop cleaning the whole time I was wondering around. That's quite rare to see. I don't know her name but she is doing a great job, so kudos to her.

All seems to be OK, except WizzAir .
If is possible, please , don't use this flight company. They're services are not good, charging people for anything, they left people on Luton Airport, just before Christmas because they've sell it to many tickets and now was no room in the plane ,stuff are one of the most incompetent and rude I've ever seen to a flight company, and this is every time me ,my family or friends use this line.
Stay away of WizzAir.

Conditions were much improved compared to 5 years ago. To avoid rush hours traffic jam, recently it was built a new train line until "Gara de Nord" Bucharest main station, having also subway connection, coming every 20 minutes or so. Train ticket is so cheap. Train + subway could be faster than taxi at rush hours and a quarter of price.

Not the worse place to be, staff is alright, toilets are usually clean, security check people are understanding. I've been through this airport way too many times, I got my vape stollen twice till I learned my lesson. We could ditch those buses however and maybe add an egate on arrival so we don't have to stay on those long lines

Like usual, the airport was OK, what I like the most is that you have the last chance to eat some traditional food before leaving the country and the fact that they announce the gate hours before.

very convenient, small airport. all clear. there is a package of luggage - 45 lei. a couple of cafes is a good place to wait for a flight, there is a place to charge the phone, but it is not enough for such a large number of people. Wonderful Duty Free is the best! good prices, great selection.
of the minuses: no luggage storage, no internet.

airport with fair quantity of comfortable seats, a Carrefour Express and direct train and bus station access. only thing lacking is the metro but you can get there for 0.50€ easily

The airport is fine, the flight schedules are sometimes too close to each other so you have to spend too much time on a line for checking in your baggage.

Flying to Bucharest around 20 times per year. Inbound and outbound security and passport control is very efficiënt. In only 20 minutes at the gate or arrival hall. Also quiet places to sit. Buy food in the basement at the arrival hall. There is a supermarkt and 3-4 cheaper than at the gates
