Health's Park

What a wonderful place. Nice paths through shades. Benches along the way for resting, kids playground. The 1.5km circuit is filled with encouraging words and helpful suggestions. Joggers and walkers have great access and are well utilised by the locals. There is a library in the park which is my favourite!

Great walking place with many trees and flowers lots of shade on hot days to protect you from the sun. Slight inclines increase the difficulty of your walk. Plenty of parking. Only negative is ID control police. It's a park not a military installation. Where's my freedom to go where I want to without government interference?

A very vlean park. Completely shaded with a lot of greenery. One of the nicest parks I have seen in Asuncion. You need ID to get in. They have a 1.5 km trail which is great for biking or jogging, also a nice park for kids to play at. Loved it

Small interesting place for walking. The park is free, but the guard checked the passport at the entrance.

While in Asuncion, I would go to Parque de la Salud2-3 times/week to jog, bike and walk with our family and play . A real nice island of peace with mature trees, birds, butterflies. The dedicated walk/bikes trails going around the park are mostly paved. It is about 1.5km (trails). Very friendly, safe and free!

Excellent place for a stroll, the trail is small, just under a mile, buy completely shaded to avoid the beating sun. Make sure to use repellent as there are so many mosquitos.

Nice place. The main track stretches for 1.500 m, is asphalt paved, and has a few uphill and downhill slopes. Markers every 100 m indicate the distance from entrance. Reasonably cleaned and insuficiently policed.

the parque de la salud is one of the best parks in the city, because it has security and has water fountains every 100 meters. It has an infirmary at the entrance, where they take you the pressure, they measure you and they weigh you. It has a specific place for children, where they can play and have fun. There is another place where adults can exercise, as for example they can do bars, sit-ups among other things. In itself the park is very well equipped for all ages and activities, because next to the path there is a bike path.

One of the few green parks of the Asunción city. A natural forest, jogging space and medical attention all for free, you'll need just your ID or passport. Is always clean and is safe for the childrens.

Great place to come to unwind. It's lightly shaded from the sun too so it's nice and cool.

Jogging and cycling paths and nice gardens all around. The children playground is well kept and there is plenty of parking space.

One of the nicest urban parks in Asuncion. A must is to be there at twilight to contemplate nature and listening to the birds chirping
