Crowne Plaza Asuncion, an IHG Hotel

Good value hotel! Nice staff, pool could be cleaner. Quite a lot of dead flies.

Our family of 5 stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. We had two rooms, one was a triple and one was a double. The rooms were very nice, although my only complaint is that in the double, the toilet was so close to the counter that I had to sit sideways on it. The triple room had a much bigger bathroom. The staff here is really what makes this hotel great. They are willing to help with anything you need, and they even helped us book a couple city tours that came and picked us up directly at the hotel. Breakfast at this hotel is amazing! You do have to pay an extra fee for it, but it is well worth it. There is also a restaurant on-site, as well as a bar. My only other issue is that the location is not the greatest. Not that I ever felt like it was dangerous or anything, it's just not really close to much so we had to take an Uber if we wanted to go anywhere. There is a Biggie grocery store about a block and a half away with lots of snacks and stuff, so that's good. The closest ATM is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

I had a great experience staying at the Crowne. The room was impeccable and the breakfast was also pretty good. I would easily choose it again.

El hotel necesita una renovación pronto, ademas de más mantenimiento y limpieza.
El gym aunque antiguo es suficiente.
El desayuno ha mejorado muchísimo y está muy bien. El personal muy amable. La comida en el restaurante justita. Se necesita agua embotellada en las habitaciones.

Es muy confortable y agradable. Pasar un fin de semana es la mejor opción. Personas atentas y amables. Buen precio. Comida exquisita y estacionamiento.

Sin lugar para estacionar casi siempre, esta no fue la excepción. Pero la atención siempre impecable y es tan confortable ingresar al hotel. Un lujo.
