A fun experience of the show. It is so under rated. It is a hidden gem.

We had full breakfast with coffees, juices and pancakes. It's not the cheapest place in the neighbourhood, but is worth the price (..and if you live in Dublin or have been to, you know, are more expensive places with bad food).
Anyway.. Lovely service (slightly distracted sometimes, but can survive that part), great food, well balanced coffee. Interior is clean and simple.

Only two things.. For everyone's safety, you might want to warn people about step at the back. I saw someone tripped there and almost fall.
2nd thing- maybe you could think about some sits/table numbers. Might be easier for the staff to serve orders. Guys didn't look like they were super comfortable walking around with coffees asking who ordered what.
I might be wrong, is just an outside opinion.

Great spot to work from, good coffee and food selection. The bruschetta was delicious and came with three types to try!

The stools weren’t very comfortable for sitting a long time so try to get a spot by the window with a seat back.

In LX Factory this is a very cute place. An american style offer of drinks, many coffees, Dutch small pancakes, fresh cakes and desserts. The place is bright, clean and cozy. The cake was super very delicious, fluffy and fresh. The staff friendly!

Went there for the brunch and it was awesome, a lot of really tasty food ! The place has a terrasse as well and it’s very pleasant ! Thanks a lot ;)

Great little coffee shop and wonderful atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and that croissant tho! 🤤 don’t think. Just eat.

The staff is very nice and helpful, the coffee and cakes are very delicious! They don't have any vegan options though, so I can't enjoy it any longer, but it was my favourite coffee place for many months!

Nice atmosphere. Nice coffee. Free wifi. A nice cafe to spend a couple hours reading or writing near LXFactory.

We went here twice. They're coffee iced or hot is really lovely and smooth. I had the chapters salad which was beautiful and when we went back I have the sandwich with. Goats cheese, apple, mixed leaves and blackcurrant name, delicious. The staff remembered us, which is lovely especially on holiday, you feel really at home. The Dutch pancakes are also gorgeous.

Perfect place to treat yourself to a cup of coffee. Friendly staff and a lovely choice of pastries and magazines.

Service was tremendous.
Had the greatest chat with one of the waitresses, who gave us all the attention needed, even ended up translating half the menu for the whole table.
In the end, we were told she didn’t even complete her first week of service and was already working as if she was a proficient. Must say, it was lovely to see and experience. Not to talk about the delightful brunches.

All merit of the establishment

One of the most hip and friendly places we visited in Lisbon. The menu is very creative and tasty. The coffee is what they’re specialized in, offering some great choices. The lovable staff makes it all easier. Don’t forget to try the pancakes. If your route brings you in Lxfactory just pay them a visit.

The place is great and, as the name says, SLOW service — which is awesome people. Take your time kick back and order an espresso as you wait for your snacks. The snacks are great — have a conversation, people watch, zone out for a moment — viola, now the service is perfect and doesn’t interrupt you.

Great vibe and music! The staff is friendly, the cappuccino and the snacks are nice! I preferred much more to work in this place with a natural light and good atmosphere than the co-working place of LX factory.

The only place I had a decent cappuccino in these last days in Lisbon. Food was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful to us. A place I would go to again when I visit Lisbon the next time. Thank you!

went there once tried the croissant: amazing! went a second time, tried a salmon sandwich : great! uncomplicated cosy place, with good music, nice people working there and definetly the best french croissant in Lisbon!
