Phenomenal structure dedicated to the Christian faith, that is located near the water and overlooks the beautiful bridge that goes into the main city of Lisbon.

Tickets are 8 euros and well worth the price. The tickets are easy to get in the bottom floor office and there is a small cafe and gift shop outside.

The elevator is a great addition to the structure. There are a few more steps after the elevator ride that you need to be aware of. You can take pictures from the very top and you have a 360 view of all that Lisboa had to offer and gaze upon.

Superb place with a great view. You can have a look at the bridge which connects east and west Lisbon and far away the Atlantic Ocean. It was so windy that one can find it difficult to hold a mobile for taking pictures. For further great view one can go to the top by shelling 8 euros. Ample of parking space available with a cafeteria serving great coffee.

Great journey using public transport of ferry and bus. Fabulous place. Lovely gardens to walk around.
Didn't go up because the queue was very long. However the views are incredible and a lovely peaceful atmosphere in the gardens.

Best spot if you want to see the City of Lisbon from high above.
There is free toilet so you don't need to worry.
If you want to go up, you need to prepare €8 for adults. Remember, it's cash only, and there is no ATM machine. So, it is better to prepare the money in advance.

This was a great experience. You can see the monument just about everywhere in Lisbon. I Uber'd there from the airport area and it was not at all expensive. The view was amazing. It over looked Lisbon and the surrounding area. A must if you're in Lisbon.

Went there to see Lisbon from the other side. Paying the Taxi was absolutely worth it. Beautiful view of the whole city and the amazing bridge. If you visit Lisbon, go to this spot.

Cristo Rei is an amazing statue in Lisbon. It's really tall and you can see the whole city from there. Inside, it's pretty and calm, and there's a cool history to learn about.
You can easily get there by car or bus. Take the elevator to the top for the best views.

Amazing panoramic place to 25 de Abril bridge, Lisbon old town on the front riverside and river Tagus (Rijo Tejo in portugal) with small and big boats. Wonderful huge statue of blessing Crist. It is possibility to rise up by lift to the top head of Crist statue. Nice place.

Such a stunning place. You don't realise how large it is from across the river. It is on the hill so it's a hard walk up. There are buses up that stop just outside. I recommend going up the lift as the views are amazing.

Spectacular monument!! We didn’t go to the top but a nice area where you can walk on the grounds and have a fantastic view of Lisbon! Would definitely recommend visiting even for an hour or so. Toilets are clean. We took the bus 753 and walked for 12minutes to get there but you can get the ferry over which is quicker.

Very easy and cheap to get to from central Lisbon. The ferry is frequent, as is the bus on the other side. The statue with its huge plinth is very imposing, though, from close quarters at any rate, not such as to inspire devotion (not in me, anyway!). Really, the most impressive aspect is the amazing view. Access is reasonable, though there are a lot of stairs to climb. There are toilets close by and a nice cafe with plenty of seating in the shade.
Get there early to avoid the crowds.

After 10 min ferry, we walked 40 minutes uphill. The area is quiet nice and peaceful (use public elevator). To visit christ is 8euro per person. There is an elevator for the top. The view from here is amazing. Alsı it is the highest point in Lisbon ( i think😀)

If its the first time visiting Portugal you should go to this monument! The view is astonishing. It takes a 30 min travel by bus to the area of the monument. And you need a ticket to get to the final level of the statue.

Incredible place with spectacular view! There is an elevator and the ticket costs 8 euro. There is a convenient transport from the city center and the bus stop is only 5 minutes away.

One of the most iconic places to visit in Lisbon. I suggest to go there in the morning when there are less people. The whole journey took me about 40 minutes from Lisbon city center. I took a local commuter ferry from Cais do Sodre to Cascais, and then took a bus here.

The view from the top (8 Euros to go up) is indeed amazing, and you can see the whole Lisbon from different angles. Unfortunately, Lisbon Card CANNOT be used for public transport in this area including ferries and buses in this area as well as the elevators to the top. Nevertheless, it is worth to make a trip here.

Beautiful monument. Well worth the admission price to take in the views and the peace. Gorgeous gardens to walk around as well. Public transport from the ferry terminal is cheap and easy too. Tip - they were only taking cash for ticket payments on the day we were here, so bring Euro!

From 10AM to 6PM, you can enjoy view from Cristo Rei to Ponte 25 April, river Tejo, old Lisbon and Atlantic Ocean. View point from Cristo Rei is clean, you have elevator riding to the top and then a few stairs just to terrace. In building you also have lavatories as well as really nice souvenir shop.
Back down around the statue of Cristo Rei you have big park. A lot of young ppl had piknik there when we visited. You can reach this place by car, taxi, but also by boat from Cais Do Sodre (Praca do Comercio) to Almada, then taking a bus no.302 which will bring you up to the Cristo Rei park. In front of the park you have big restaurant at parking spot.
