Roupa de óptima qualidade, mas um pouco cara.

Awful experiencie. Our daughter has accidentally knocked down a flower pot in the entrance of the shop, that has been lightly damaged. We have waited for the employees yo make our daughter to apologize. But they have forced us to pay the flower pot. After discussion they have argued that the owner would accept half the amount of the costa (???) under the thread of calling the police. As our daughter was feeling anxious about it, we have finally accepted, asking for the complaint form. Is It really necessary for this kind of shop to make our daughter and us feel this way? Why they do not (if it is true that they do not) have an insurance? We have travelled around the world and seen accidents with children involved many times, but never seen this behaviour in a shop owner!!
