Simply,it is constructed as heritage style and people visit here regularly with their families.Moreover,this is representing the beauty of Portugal.

Nice photo spot, but as of Sept 27, 2022 there is construction on the houses next to the arch on the sunset side, so you won't get a good sunset picture.

This is a beautiful arch, one of the entrances to the city of Braga. It never had a door, which gave birth to an idiomatic expression in Portugal: when someone forgets to close a door, anywhere in the country, the common way to politely call their attention to that fact is asking "Are you from Braga?"

Good place siants sites, and many restaurants there and can also find souviniours there for memory.

A simple but undoubtedly imposing structure that actually is well placed to be considered the gates to the old town. It seldom fails to provide great shots, so have your cameras ready when you visit!
