My favourite health food shop. A really great range of products in a well organised and welcoming space. I highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area and appreciate bio/organic, good quality and locally made products 💛✨

This a small Health Food shop but very well supplied by Portuguese standards. The owner is knowledgeable about the products and is willing to order whatever she can for you. She and the other shop assistant both speak English. Prices are more than in Germany or UK, but that is because there isn't yet a big a market for natural products in Portugal and nearly everything has to be imported. However this shop tries to keep the prices down.

A small organic shop with a good range of try products (no vegetables). They also have a good range of macrobiotic products. The owner has good English skills and is very helpful. She will also order anything that you might want.

Very friendly, also the woman there can give you much advice how to best use the ecological things, how to best use the CBD oil or other things.

If you have a special need, I love the store, everything in bio and local quality.

Das ist unsere liebste Einkaufmöglichkeit. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent in den verschiedensten Fragen zur Gesundheit. Das Geschäft ist klein, hat aber alles mögliche was ein Reformhaus haben sollte. Parkmöglichkeiten sind nicht vorhanden. Wenn man die Hauptstraße, parallel zum Fluss weiter, bis zur nächsten Tankstelle fährt, kann man am Fluss immer eine Parkmöglichkeit finden. Den kurzen Weg zurück kann man bequem zu Fuß bis zum Geschäft erlaufen.

Esta é a nossa opção de compra preferida. O proprietário é muito amigável, prestativo e competente em várias questões de saúde. A loja é pequena, mas tem tudo o que uma loja de alimentos saudáveis deve ter. O parque de estacionamento não está disponível. Se seguir a estrada principal, paralelamente ao rio, até à próxima bomba de gasolina, pode sempre encontrar um lugar de estacionamento no rio. O caminho curto de regresso pode ser facilmente percorrido a pé até à loja.
