One of the best beaches I have been to in a while. The clear water, the soft sand, the parking, the resturants near by, so much space on this beach, etc.
It's one of those beaches I would put on my top 10 list.

Beautiful beach, clean white sands and clear water....there's an area with umbrellas and beds, public toilets and outside showers, there's 2 restaurants and a snack bar... my husband saw hundreds of fish whilst out snorkeling and we saw a pod of dolphins...it's very relaxed with no beach sellers

Amazing beach. Quiet waters, warm after you get used to it, a very big chance to see dolphins, and most of all it’s desert. You have a long sand extension, and no one nearby if you choose the right spot. And this to me is important. The quietness. Fre parking on the side road. And the 10 minutes walk to the desert beach, through the easy dunes. You will love Comporta.

Unbelievably golden, sandy beach with crystal clear seas.
Well worth a visit. We cycled here from our camper site, 1km away. We had coffee, bread, butter, olives, prosciutto in the Olah restaurant. Expensive. Every dish is separately priced. Total €30!
We didn't look properly, our fault
Definitely paying for the location.

Lovely beach 🏝. Really clean, but cold sea.
The snack bar by the car park is really handy. You have to book at table at the restaurants, but both are good value and serve delicious Portuguese dishes.

Such a stunning beach🏖 , one of the most beautiful in the world 🌎😍The sand is almost white and fine, everything is clean, the water is as transparent as a crystal. On the whole, one “must-go-spot”👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great beach, great atmosphere, friendly staff, full of amenities of all kinds, fully accessible wheelchair beach very inclusive wheelchair users get free parking in the shade just beside the path with showers just in front and get also free a shade place just behind the lifeguard tower, be aware that only 2 spaces for wheelchair users exist so come early for best chances of getting one. Also has floating wheelchair that is used with the assistance of 2 lifeguards. The water is oceanic, bit cold most of the time but clear and waves are generally gentle.

Beautiful, seemingly endless beach to the north and south. With forests in the background make this beach very remote from civilization. Also good for surfing. Has a few restaurants and bars near the main parking entrance. In low season it is very quiet and relaxing. Great to watch the sunset. The beach offers enough space for privacy due to its size.

Wow this beach is top ten in Europe good parking showers and boardwalk to the sands. Good and friendly snack bar or fine dinning depending on your budget. The sea was easy to swim in and fun when the breakers come rolling in.

Beautiful beach! There are kilometers to walk not only in the sand but also in the nice dunes. The temperature of the water was really nice.
It is a great place to enjoy a beach day without being packed of people.

Amazing beach. Please be aware of the mosquitoes. You need to leave the beach before sunset, otherwise there will be a lot of mosquitoes, black and big, which will probably bite you. Bring repellent with you just in case. Other than that, the beach is a delight.

One of the best beach club i 've ever been. Even if it was not open hour, yet, the owner let us get a coffee on the sunny side of the outer yard. The place is really astonishing and beautiful. Really suggested on your way from Troia to Sines pr opposite. Service is perfect. Lovely place.

Spectacular beach from which you can see the dimension of more than 60 kilometers of beach, in some areas there is no one, so it’s perfect to be alone in the sand, the beach is surrounded by impressive dunes, white sand and crystal clear water. It is one of the beaches with more services than we have seen in Portugal, has three beach bars, lifeguards, showers, foot washing area, Balinese bed rental, etc

Praia da Omporta in Portugal with its white sands and crystal clear waters offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The natural beauty of this pristine beach, flanked by dunes and pine forests, creates a peaceful and picturesque setting. Praia da Comporta is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the stunning coastal scenery that Portugal has to offer. It is a must-visit destination for nature enthusiasts and beach lovers looking for a peaceful and authentic coastal experience. There is free parking and on-site restaurants, but prices are high.

Very pretty beach, with the option to rent two lounge chairs under shade. There are two restaurants and a bar. The bar has happy hour prices too. We ate at one of the restaurants. It was significantly overpriced… some food was amazing, and some was average. Parking is free if you stay out of the gated area. On the day we went, the waves were big, which was fun. Unfortunately, the wind was quite strong so it was chilly in the water. We really liked our time there, and we would go back.
