Went with family for dinner.
They're food and atmosphere we're superb
Firstly, the restaurant and bathrooms are exceptionally clean and modern and the staff are fast and friendly
The food was some of the best I've had in the area
I'd highly recommend coming here if you enjoy chicken, salads, meats and good prices

Great restaurant to visit! Great food, local dishes and it’s all you can expect of Portuguese cuisine. It’s a place that a lot of Portuguese people go to.

We tasted two dishes and both were just perfect, I never had Chanfana and I just loved it, the veil was also extraordinary, so tender we couldn't have enough of it, awesome service, top value, nice dinning area and great wine, we will definitely be back again next time we visit the region.

Usual stop when visiting the Beira Alta. The soup is amazing (definitely a must) and the rest is just as good.

If someone told me you could make grilled chicken that crispy and moist I would not have believed them. We tried Chanfana and the aforementioned chicken and it is hard to pick a favorite.

The Chanfana was melting in the mouth and it only missed some seasoning.

Meanwhile all around us, huge portions of incredibly looking food were flying off the kitchen and we can't wait to go back and give those a go.

The best restaurant in the region! They serve the best typical Chanfana de cabra in Portugal. Not only their food is divine but also their wine selection!
Great staff with friendly approach always ready to assist.

This restaurant is amazing to eat chicken.

You can eat one of the best chicken soups ever.
The spicy roasted chicken is also amazing.

Apart from that you also have all the Coimbra regional traditional foods like “Arroz de Bucho” or “Chanfana” and they are also amazing.

The Prices are average for a normal Portuguese restaurant.

Taking into consideration the food quality/quantity, taste and price this is a awesome experience that really worth to try.

*lacks vegetarian meals. They have some but they aren’t that many neither that good.

Best barbeque chicken in the area, 1 chicken per person, they are small.
