Amazing. Arrived at 8am, when it opened, because I couldn't reserve over the phone. The whole experience was great: food, drinking and atmosphere. For €15 p.p. I now see why the phone here never stops rigging!

Enormous portions, really too much almost. The meat was really tasty and nicely cooked. The prices are extremely good. A huge meal for two including drinks for just 20€. Incredible value for money. We left full and very satisfied.

From the bullring it's a 1 minute drive to the restaurant. Oct 21 was lunches only. You can tell a good thing when it is full everyday with locals. This was no exception. Simple menu, tasty food, all inclusive price of €15 each to include wine and 3 courses with aperitif. Friendly service. The only issue is the language barrier which isn't their fault and we all managed to get by with a smile on our faces. Starter, cheese and cured ham with basket of bread..Main course either cod in very light batter served on a bed of onions with sliced potato and salad or pork steaks with the same accompaniment. Then ice cream with ginger biscuits. A hidden gem, great value for money and well worth the trip.

This big restaurant located near the Alqueva is an old place very well conserved and with a great menu deal. The staff is very nice and the restaurant was completely full, so it’s 100% recommendable to book a table in advance. The food was outstanding! It’s a fixed menu where you can choose between fish or meat. We ordered a mix of it just to try everything and after some delicious starters (olives, bread, ham) a super big plate of bacalao with delicious potatoes and onions came to our table. It was very tasty and we really enjoyed it. Then, another super big plate of pork meat with more potatoes came to our table. Everything was perfectly done! The desserts were fine but not remarkable. Definitively, it’s a MUST going to this restaurant if you are nearby.

Place that never disappoints. Cheap and really tasty meal. Service could have been quicker but they were very busy. Is better if booked. You just have three options in the menu.

Lovely restaurant with some delicious food. Even the fried cuttlefish is better than in Setúbal! And the prices are really great value for your money since the portions are very generous. Definitely recommended!

Nice food, excellent staff and very cheap! Restaurant near the Amieira beach on one side and the marina on the other side.

Atendimento muito bom. Comida muito boa. Relação qualidade/preço. 20€ por pessoa. Deve ser efetuada reserva pois está sempre cheio. Com muito boa vontade arranjam uma mesa para quem nãofez reserva. Sempre que cá venho para além de não sair desiludida, saio feliz e de coração cheio ❤

Espectacular el sitio, super ambientado al toreo, trato genial, teníamos reserva, y la comida riquísima el bacalao, el queso, todo riquísimo el vino blanco y hasta el digestivo, para repetir por el sabor y buen trato de todo el personal.

Agradável surpresa numa visita ao Alqueva. Excelente comida e bebida, grande atmosfera e excelente serviço. Simpatia e boas sugestões. Bom preço.

Depois de uma manhã muito bem passada na praia, soube-nos muito bem chegar ao restaurante e sermos servidos com prontidão e simpatia. A reserva ainda bem que foi feita nessa mesma manhã pois o restaurante já se encontrava cheio quando chegámos, perto das 13h. Vimos que o menu, sendo completo ficaria por 15eur a pessoa e aproveitámos e pedimos um de bacalhau á casa e um de choco á farrica. Apreciámos bastante o queijo seco, o presunto, as azeitonas e o pão. Só não pedimos o vinho da casa pois o dia quente pedia uma imperial. O bacalhau e o choco deu para dividir por 2 e dizer que ambos os pratos estavam deliciosos é dizer pouco. Só é pena não haver sobremesas caseiras mas compensaram-nos com os Ss a acompanhar um bom café. Voltaremos com certeza.
