I found this restaurant on Instagram. The photos I saw had me expecting a good meal. The food was incredible! It went way beyond what I was expecting. This was literally the best restaurant we visited the whole time we were in Lisbon. What really set this place apart was the service. Pedro and Ivan were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable of the menu and wine options, and super attentive to us. As soon as we were seated, Pedro explained that their English menu wasn't up to date but that he would happily help us go over the Portuguese menu and help us find a delicious meal. There were several other instances of Pedro taking great care of us and guaranteeing a wonderful experience. My wife and I already decided that we will visit this restaurant every time we are in Lisbon. I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

Probablement l'un des meilleurs steakhouses de Lisbonne ! Il est certes excentré et on ne tombe pas dessus par hasard, mais l'expérience est incroyable. Leur porco preto est préparé d'une main experte, la carte contient tous les incontournables salés et sucrés de la cuisine portugaise, le lieu est très travaillé et l'accueil est chaleureux.

Se existem espaços que merecem ser referenciados pelo seu todo, este é seguramente um deles. Certo dia e após ter conseguido efetuar uma reserva de mesa, eis que chego ao Além Tejo e ao acompanhar um elemento do Staff para a minha mesa, passo por uma vitrine de peixe, imaculada de limpeza, onde se encontrava uns salmonetes e douradas entre outros, que apresentavam uma excelente frescura visual (olhos e guelras), porem não era o peixe que lá tinha levado, mas sim a carne.
Após ouvir as recomendações do Gerente do espaço, ao qual dou nota máxima, pela sua postura, simpatia e profissionalismo, optei por selecionar das suas sugestões, 1 bife da vazia, 1 tabua alentejana e 1 entrecôte. Aproveito para informar que os pratos dão para 2 pessoas que comam bem. As carnes estavam todas no ponto, os acompanhamentos eram fabulosos, tanto visualmente como no palato, as migas estavam fantásticas e tudo isto bem acompanhado por um tinto alentejano, da farta reserva da casa. Se querem saber mais, porque esperam? Experimentem, eu vou voltar.

Good service from the Staff. The space is very pleasant and cosy. The tables and decor are excellent. Feel like staying for one more drink listening to the super pleasant ambient music, blues...jazz. I loved the ambient music. The meat was at the point we ordered, super tasty and tender. To go back again and order other dishes. Thank you for having us.
