Good atmosphere. Typical tradicional portuguese restaurant with great home cooking of local, tradicional and national recipes.
For a group of 4, aim for 4 or 5 starters and 2 main courses.
Ordered pork skewers with "migas" and rooster with wine (kind of "coq-au-vin" style) as mains. Both were delicious! Absolutely worth trying!
Save room for dessert! Many to choose from, all so yammy!! Coffee comes sided with assorted liquors and cookies. Great finish for a lovely meal.

Different dining experience. Delicious and varied appetisers and great mix of desserts served to the table to choose from. Also good main dishes. You can listen to Fado for free Friday and Saturday. Worth the trip!

Wow, this was our best meal during our week-long stay in Portugal. Customer service is authentically friendly (they really made us feel welcome), with great food... it was a bit of a shame we went here as our first meal in the country, as everything else was a bit of a let-down.

This was our first time here and will definitely not be the last. The place is beautifully set with very homey decor, the food was delicious, the service very attentive and friendly, and the portions generous.

Brilliant and plentiful appetisers to your heart's delight.
Don't overdo it or the magnificent entrees will go to waste (as well as waist).

Não troco este tipo de restaurantes a nenhuma steakhouse pois elas não tem um serviço assim desde à comida às entradas às sobermesas aos aperitivos e no final do jantar uns belos fados cantados pelos proprietários divinal adorei e recomendo atenção não estou a desfazer das steakhouse que estão na moda mas prefiro estes ambientes parabéns ao staff por tudo

Tudo perfeito, desde o ambiente, à decoração, à simpatia e eficiência do serviço e à boa qualidade da comida! Como se isto não bastasse, ainda nos foi possível assistir à noite de fado que foi inacreditável.
