A quaint little place with amazing ambiance, a fantastic Sangria 🍹 and some great food, we had the lamb, skewers and pork. A party of 8 and we had a great time. The service staff doesn’t smile as much but they are nice folk.

Definitely recommend a stop here if you’re hungry.

A general tip on sangria’s always ask to make em with sparkling red wine 🍷

Amazing octopus, steak, cod, cheese, olives and wine. Our waiter spoke English and was so helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend.

Cozy, we order the mix fish stew for 2. Very good. That’s the standard. Exactly the same as that we ate in Croatia.

The staff was very attentive and helpful.
One server in particular really helped us translating dishes and explained in depth what each of them consisted of. He also very kindly helped me when I threw a bunch of sauce from my cod fish onto my jeans 🙈

Also, the Vino Verde they had was delicious, very bubbly and great taste!

I would highly recommend the grilled shrimps and seafood soup!! But it’s kind of expensive.

I ordered Arroz de Pato- the duck rice. Very soft rice and duck meat and so yummy. I would love to try cream cod but too full. Hope I would have a chance going back to this place again.

Superb service! One of our most favorite dining experiences while traveling! The octopus was fresh, delicious, tender and fast along with a superb wine recommendation on a very hot day. Our server was knowledgeable and absolutely delightful.

Just get that seafood rice it’s a lot.

One of a few restaurants near Belem. The food is good and the service is great. The cost is a bit higher but it’s still worth it. On a hot day you might have a chance to get a table outside near the alley and enjoy your meal there.

Great local food at decent prices. It's not the typical place for tourists and I love this because you'll get to enjoy the real gastronomic experience along with an A1 service from the waiters. Hugo even recommended us the best local wines and where to buy them. A must in Belem! 🙌🏼

This is located nearby the Monastero dos Jeronimos, so it's in the centre of Belem area. We had dinner in a narrow street next to the restaurant, very intimate and nice. Food was very good and tasty. We had grilled salmon a alentejana and pork a la portuguese.
Even though we can speak English, the waiter was so kind to speak to us in Italian. He was very kind and professional and he can suggest some of the best local dishes and drinks.
A friend of mine told me about this place and she gave me a really good advice!
We will back for sure!
