Rita at Global Pets (part of Global International Relocation) was fantastic. She provided me with bookings and pet travel for my 4 cats after our move to Portugal. I used the services of Global Pets to transport my cat from Pakistan to Portugal. It was a complicated case and a pet relocation service provider that we contacted initially refused to clear my cat in Portugal. Luckily I got in touch with Patricia Fereira from Global Pets. I am so impressed by the quality of services provided by them. Patricia was always available and she was updating me on every step without waiting for me to ask. Every morning and at every step she will give me updates. She was very transparent throughout the process. If I needed any information, she replied me thoroughly in detail.

Her professionalism is commendable. My cat was cleared smoothly with no issue at all. Mr. Goncalves at Cargo Terminal was extremely sweet and took care of the whole process very professionally. I chose this company for the shipment of my container from Miami Florida to my home in Portimao Portugal. From the day that they sent over a Surveyor to assess the volume of the items in my storage in Florida to final delivery of the items by moving truck in Portimao Portugal I must say that Global performed flawlessly! I must also make special mention of my assigned Portuguese Agent, Andre. This young man is truly an asset to Global. Andres contacted me in Miami and led the process step by step through final delivery. His and Global’s professionalism led me to subsequently hire them to clear my Cars which I shipped separately (regretfully) and to lead the effort to legalize both cars. This was the 2nd time using this company -when we moved from the USA to Lisbon, and now moving from one apartment to another within Lisbon itself. Both times our experience was 5 stars.

First, the communication with the office staff is easy and fast. Their English (if needed) is perfect. They are very flexible with scheduling too, as we had to change our moving date a few times.

Next, the actual moving team arrives exactly on time, is hard working, and very respectful of your personal property and your home. They were extremely efficient at packing, loading, unloading and unpacking. Great care was taken with all of our belongings so that no damage occurred. I think there were 5 men on the team, and most of them spoke at least some English as well, with the team leader's English being excellent. All communication was very simple.

We would definitely hire them again if needed, and recommend them very highly to anyone else requiring a moving company.
