Marina de Vila Real de Santo António

A very grey day today but the Marina is always a lovely place to visit especially viewed from the Ferry.

Very good food also tapas.lovely staff

Great view from the port. You can relax here to see border between Portugal and Spain. A small city but has great view, streets, and people. I did not feel disappointed. You can visit this place for free. Entrance accessible for wheelchair. You can park your car nearby.

Well organised harbour with close proximity to the town center.

Great authentic ferry, always on time at least the 5 times I went, no need to worry because there is always space.

Very pretty harbour surrounded by restaurants and quirky shops. Get tickets for various boat trips and the ferry over to Ayamonte.

It's lovely to stroll along the prominade at the marina.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Directly on the border between Spain and Portugal. Take some time to see the old town and explore some of the lovely cafés and shops

Lots to love about this place. The main street with all the shops and restaurants. The proximity to Spain is invaluable. About 12 mins ferry ride for €1.90 will get you to Ayamonte, another lovely town.

Beautiful marina on the Guadiana river. From here, you can take the ferry to Ayamonte, Spain which takes about 15 minutes but don't forget to put your watch forward one hour when you arrive

Beautiful for a walk and some boat watching. Lots of restaurants nearby with good food selection and a really peaceful, if sometimes busy, town square and surrounding streets.

Lovely trip on a bout to Spain and back.

Really efficient and 4 of us for 8 euros.
