This is one of the best music stores in Portugal.

They have a large stock and if you need something they don't have they can usually get it within a couple of days.

Personally I don't like the courier company they use as they are very difficult to get hold of when you are trying to find your order should there be any problems.

I have ordered a few times from their online store and the delivery was super fast, next day in most cases if you order before 6pm providing they have stock. There are several payment methods available and you can even pay in cash when the item is delivered.

The staff were keen to help. The only downside was that when I last tried to order their online payment system for whatever reason did not accept the visa card due to it being from a foreign bank but they tell me that they are working on a solution.

If you find the same product cheaper somewhere else have a chat with them and they will try to at least match the price.

I particularly like the fact that they give a 5 year warranty whilst their competitors tend to give only 2 or 3 years guarantee on purchased items.

I would love to see a store open up in the Lisbon area so that I could go in and try out musical instruments and equipment before buying.

It arrived fast and was very well packed! Pretty satisfied with the service!

Amazing delivery and sympathy. I had to ask some questions about the piano’s warranty and Hugo was very nice. I’m a big fan of this store. I got the piano the very next day. Awesome job guys you’re amazing.

I always wanted to learn to play the piano, so I ordered a Yamaha YDP-144 from their website.
One of their employees contacted me to get some extra details concerning the delivery. They were very polite and professional and the piano arrived very quickly.
Now it's up to me to practice, practice, practice!

Always better prices than other stores that ask 200 or even 300 extra euros on expensive gear and they are always the first receiving stock in the country

People advised me properly about what to buy according to my requirements and order was delivered quickly and in good conditions.

I needed quickly a Triton Fethead, couldn't find it anywhere in the "big shops", everywhere it was either incredibly overpriced, or I would have to wait weeks. Then I found this shop, everything available, found everything I needed, paid and it was delivered the very next day. Even when I wrote them on whatsapp, I received an answer within couple of hours.
