Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. Nous avons fait des cours de surf avec Ricardo et Francisco qui sont hyper pédagogues et sympa. Je recommande les yeux fermés

Location de vélos: J'ai effectué la réservation sur internet. 50€ la journée pour un Gravel c'est cher. Le casque est payant et malheureusement j'ai crevé, j'ai du payer 8€ pour la chambre à air. Montage tubeless serait un plus
Bike rental: booked on internet. 50€ for a Gravel bike is fairly expensive. Helmet not inclused and unfortunatly i had a puncture and paid 8€ for the inner tube. Tubeless would be better
Aluguer de bicicletas: Reserva feita no internet. 50€ para uma Gravel é bastante caro. Capacete não incluído. Infelizmente furei tive que pagar 8€ a câmara de ar. Montagem tubeless seria uma melhoria.

Horrible service! Unreasonable mangers. We rented 5 mtb from the store to be delivered to ponte Lima bike park and took off . They dropped off 5 brand new xc 130/140 travel Ebikes to a down hill park, with Exo casing tires! 200m in on 1st run I blew rear and another guy blew front. Running 30 psi in front rear I blew 4 more tires and had to hike out 3 times. I had a total of 3 runs in 4 hours then threw in the towel after frustration.
We had a total of 8 blown tires in 4 hours. The bike park guy Johnny was incredibly nice and helpful which only left him in the middle unfortunately. Feelviana would not offer us any help or discount. Made the park guy Johnny the middle man and he said 10$ off of a 100$ bike rental! Ha. Feelviana will be getting 7 more horrible reviews for this terribly handled experience. Be aware and ask a lot of questions before you do anything with them.

Shocking service, bikes weren’t up to scratch getting punctures constantly! And overcharged wouldn’t recommend rentals from this store such a shame because ponte de Lima bike park was epic and Johnny was really helpful!

Ich kann nur den Kiteverleih von FeelViana bewerten und jede*r Kitesurfer*in empfehlen dort nichts zu leihen. Das Material ist viel zu alt, die Beratung mehr als inkompetent. Mitarbeiter*innen kennen nicht mal den Unterschied von Bow und C-Shape.. Verleihservice auf 3h Minimum abzurechnen ist auch längst nicht mehr modern. Leider auch sehr unfreundlich. Schade!
