Wise Camper

Great service! They do speak english very well! The service was fast and professional. We had some problems with the camper fridge and we contact them on Facebook and they answered fast and the car was fixed the next day (in an hour!!!) . They were very polite and explained all the details which was nice, there is a waiting room for kids to play so great place for families as well! We recommend the place 100% great place for foreiners as well to get their campers fixed since the service is also in english. They also have parking for campers with services were you can spend the night

The BEST!! Excellent service, really kind, trustworthy, communicative and HIGHLY skilled in all maters concerning a camper van. Luis fixed our gas system, habitation door, wing mirror and outside panelling. Great! Place inside for the kids to play while you wait. Can park on site for €6 / night with electric, water, toilet dump. Can’t recommend enough. If in need, go here!!!! Good connection to a mechanic for any engine issues as well. Really got us out of a jam.. Thank you Wise Camper!!

I'm so happy I came across this place!! We had filled up our motorhome tank with water and then turned the tap on to hear nothing and no water!

Was it the fuse? Was it the power to the pump? Or was it the pump?

We could of perhaps investigated it ourselves and tried to find somewhere that sold the parts we needed. But when I discovered wise camper and read the wonderful reviews I decided to take the hassle out of it and go there.

I wondered if all the great reviews were real, but they must of been because the service we recieved was excellent!!!

The gentleman who we met spoke english, which was reassuring. He checked everything out first and discovered it was the pump. He had one on site and fitted it quickly before we knew it we were fixed and on our way. Also at a reasonable price.

If you have anything that needs looking at dont hesitate to visit them.
They also have a place to stay on site, it looked like they had space for at least 10 campers overnight. I'm not sure of the cost as we didnt stay.

I head a problem with my battery louis was super helpful and helpt me right away. He even let me stay the night to load up the battery and check kn the morning if everything was fine. Can only recommend this place.

Thanks to Wise Camper for the good service. We spent one night in the camper area and the place was very easy to find and comfortable. Close to the beautiful Sintra.
The owner was very nice and he helped us to fix some problems with our camper. If you are in the zone, don't miss this good quality service

Young shop, good start.

The place is easy to find, near Sintra. We stayed 2 nights here. Noisy because of the road but with services. 25mn to join Sintra by bicycle. Safe place to park (With camera).

6€/day to spend the night include electricity & water.

Nice and helpful people. Helped me to resolve problems with my RV fast and not expensive. At small shop you can buy more basic things, or order what you need in good price. Definitely I will coming back when will passing nearby.

Very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with the gas in our camper and the team helped us very fast. Also the communication in english was very convenient.

In addition we could stay here for a night with our camper.

This place is great! I came with a whole list of things I wanted to get done, and they took the time and talked to me about everything and then they did them! They have a lot of experience with motorhomes and take a very uncomplicated approach. They're not trying to sell you new stuff but really try to fix whatever needs fixing, which is great!

We had a problem with our fridge and lights in the camper, in 20 min everything was solved and ready to go! He really knew directly what to do about our problem! Thanks again!

Wir nutzten den Service um zu übernachten, ziemlich nahe an Sintra. Der Inhaber gab mir noch Tipps wo wir am besten in der Nähe des Turms von Belem stehen können um auch Lissabon anzuschauen. Wir hatten auch eine nette Unterhaltung in der Werkstatt und er zeigte mir seine Projekte zum Camperausbau. Sollten wir wieder in der Nähe sein werden wir sicher wieder auf dem Platz übernachten. Wer technische Probleme hat ist auch gut aufgehoben Die Werkstatt und die Mechaniker machen einen guten Eindruck.

Area de autocaravanas a las afueras de Sintra, perfecta para ver la ciudad, con todos los servicios, seguridad, y personal muy amable. Hay un supermercado Aldy al lado. Cogimos uber para ir a ver la Quinta de la Regaleira, palacio da Pena etc. Estuvimos muy agusto sin ningún problema. No está en un entorno bonito. Pero cumple su función. Precio económico. Gracias a los propietarios, por ofrecernos un sitio así en Sintra.

Super accueil et en Français. Nous avons été renseigné et dépanné en une heure. Changement de la batterie de la cellule HS à un tarif très correct (comparaison avec la même sur internet).

Los dueños muy amables, no venden repuestos como focos, aceite o fluido para frenos pero dan buenas indicaciones de dónde comprar, brinda servicio de alquiler de campers y también de reparación de campers.

En mi caso pasamos para pernoctar una noche y nos quedamos 3 noches. Como Área de autocaravana es sencillo, tienes llenado, vaciado de aguas negras y parcelas niveladas. Lo más destacable es la actitud y profesionalidad del taller/tienda al que pertenece, su atención es de 10, ayudan en todo lo que necesites, siempre con una sonrisa y buena actitud. El precio es de 6€/noche con luz. Como gesto de apoyo nosotros aprovechamos para comprar pastillas wc y otras cosas que necesitábamos. Sin duda volveré

Perfekter Service! Hatte einen defekten Wasserhahn. Es wurde in kurzer Zeit ein neuer besorgt und mit den nötigen Anschlüssen versehen.
Alle mega freundlich und sehr kompetent.

Het team van Wise Camper heeft ons super goed geholpen! We hadden een gaslek in de camper en ze hebben dit super snel en goed voor ons opgelost! Vriendelijk personeel en super goede service! Aanrader als je problemen hebt met je camper 🙏

Super Service. Alles top. Uns wurde sofort geholfen bei unserem Problem mit unserem Sog-Lüfter.. Waren wirklich überrascht, wie problemlos und schnell alles repariert wurde. Nur empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank nochmals👍

Grandes profesionales, amabilidad, generosidad y con área para aparcar y ver la ciudad, eso si, está en las afueras. Con un uber en el centro por unos 9 euros.
