Restaurante Zanzibar

Wow. After walking around the LXfactory looking for a nice place to eat unsuccessfully we ended up walking in front of this little gem a few streets down.

Quality of the food is phenomenal, fairly priced and the staff is polite and honest.

I would definitely come back more often.

We were only looking for a drink to wait for a dinner reservation and then had the Sangria, Olives and Croquetas and only wanted more. Good prices. The olive oil was so good. Service was really nice! Lovely outdoor seating space with heat lamps.

I love going to Zanzibar - always a treat! No matter what I try, it is always super tasty. The service is also great too - Jhelson served us last time, and did a wonderful job. Looking forward to my next visit!

Excellent. We had the lunch menu, and both dishes were excellent — very rich in flavours, and yet simple but beautifully made. Sit outside, it’s a very relaxed, calming place.

We had a really great experience at Zanzibar today. Great service and really nice atmosphere.
They have three choices of dishes that vary every day and a few others. I tried the Arroz a Cabidela and it was amazing. Everything else was also very tasty and the quality of the food seemed very high. The price was absolutely fair (8,50€ per dish). We'd definitely come back!

One of the best restaurant in Lisbon to discover the very traditional Portuguese cuisine but very refined, high quality, fresh and made with love "like your mom does" ... gastronomic but simple and not expensive. Staff is perfect: professional, friendly and smily. All in this restaurant breathes authenticity and heart 🤗. Thanks.

Really really good food. Best fish we’ve ever had, and we’ve lived on an island in Alaska known for its fish - highly recommend the sea bass. Also really enjoyed the traditional Portuguese dishes, particularly the Moelas. Reasonable prices as well! Definitely recommend.

Been here a couple times and the daily lunch menu is very good. Place looks good for a portuguese lunch or dinner also.

We came here whilst on vacation, we happened to walk by and we decided to try it out, one of the best restaurants we’ve eaten at throughout our two weeks visiting Portugal!!! Loved it, food was amazing, oxtail was excellent! Must try. Also the beans tempura as a starter was Excellent!! Much better than eating in those trendier places such as the LXfactory.

Really nice restaurant with surprising dishes. Went there twice last month and both times excellent food and friendly service. It's a new place and they are doing a great job!

Great service, simple tasty food, nice choice of wines. I'm so glad I walked out of the neighboring place, 31 d'Armada, where waiters kept cleaning tables and filling the dishwasher instead of taking my order...
