Lisbon by Boat

We did the sunset boat tour with wine and cheese on the last night of our visit to Lisbon. It was such a great evening! It was a small group, 8 passengers total plus the crew that operated the boat and talked to us about the sites we were seeing during the cruise. We made friends with the other passengers on the boat with us, and it was a very memorable way to end our trip. Bonus, they really kept the wine flowing!

Well, everything was amazing since we departed ‘til we came back to the port. Crew were fantastic, very social and informative, while the tour itself is worth it 100%. They provided us with a beautiful drink onboard which I really appreciate and some cheese as well. Definitely recommend taking this 2h tour with these guys; you’re awesome!

Fantastic night. Sunset sailing was perfect Sebastian and tomas were excellent. The views, commentary, service, weather, etc made for a trip highlight. I would use Lisbon by boat again.

I’ve done more than a few urban boat tours around the world, and this was the best I’ve done. Sebastian was a great captain and tour guide, full of information and wit. The sights were beautiful, of course, but it was the crew that made this experience so unforgettable. One of the top highlights of our two weeks in Portugal. Highest recommendation.

We took the sunset cruise and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our guide Carlos was very knowledgeable about the history of the monuments and city, and was very easy to chat with. He always made sure our drink glasses were full, took photos for us, and even took off the coat from his back for two young children when the ride became chilly. Epitome of Portuguese hospitality and class. The views were beautiful and the ride was peaceful. Highly recommend!

This experience was the highlight of our time in Portugal! The crew treated us so special and made our evening one to remember forever. Being they grew up in Portugal, they presented us with so much history and you could tell they appreciate tourists and are proud to share history of their beautiful Country. The sunset cruise is spectacular and they brought blankets to keep us warm in the coolness of the evening. The wine and cheese were a nice bonus as we enjoyed the sights. They also gladly shared insights of areas of Portugal not typically known by tourists. Thank you Sebastian and Tomas for your incredible gift of an amazing evening!

We had an amazing evening! It was beautiful, the service was fantastic and especially Sebastian was very friendly and shared his huge knowledge about the city with us.

I've had a very good experience, even unfortunately I didn't feel well for the heat in Lisboa today, but I think it's very worth. Sebastian - the captain, is very very professional. I'm so glad that I didn't cancel the tour. I will definitely come back and I wished I could still find him.

Just an advice: the wine has to be served in a wine glass, not in a normal plastic one, especially if it's served to an italian.

The sunset cruise was such a fun experience and a great way to see the Belem Tower! Also a great way to experience green wine for the first time. Ask for the father and son team (I apologize I don't remember their names, but they were fantastic!)

Wonderful sunset cruise from Belém tower to Lisbon and back. The staff was very friendly and knowleadgable, made sure everyone was comfortable, helped with photo ops and offered green wine and snacks. A must-do experience!

I will start by saying the boat was wonderful. But it was only Second to the wonderful and informative crew. We have taken sailing tours all over the world. This was by far our favorite.

I would like to especially mention the company IT guy who just happened to be on the tour with us. Super nice young man who made for an enjoyable addition to the trip. Walking us over to a wonderful local restaurant was an amazing addition to our trip. If you happen to see this, we really appreciate you and the additional effort. Thank you so much!

Great experience overall. Our crew was so friendly and knowledgeable. The boat was comfortable, with plenty of space to stretch out and it was the perfect amount of time out on the water.

Had a wonderful time with this company! We did the 2 hour Lisbon by Boat Tour and really enjoyed it. The tour was not crowded and we had enough room to spread out. The boat itself was beautiful and very clean. We opted to have a few extra drinks and the wine served was cold and delicious. I appreciated the little history remarks at each landmark - really a wonderful way to see the city. It was so easy to book online and I would definitely recommend!

Lisbon by Boat is one of the best choices if you want to see the city from the Tagus River! Comfortable boat, friendly, helpful staff, professional guides, chilled drinks! A pleasant experience, not to be missed!
