Auchan Sintra

Auchan formely known as Jumbo in Sintra is a very large supermarket where you can find pretty much everything you need.

They sell fridges, washing machines and other kitchen appliances from large to small.

They also have a computer, camera and telephone section including televisions.

Clothes and bed linen and blankets are also available as well as kitchen utensils such as pots and pans and cutlery.

Other items you would expect to find at a large supermarket such as pet food, canned food, fresh fruit, fish, meat, dairy products and a bakery is also available.

For those that like organic produce they have a nice selection in their BIO section.

When it comes to payment they have a self service payment section where you can scan your own products providing they don't exceed a baskets worth of shopping.

You can also have your shopping delivered or order online and pick up in store as they have a dedicated pick up point outside the store.

A huge carpark outside which is free is also available.

This is a L A R G E store with many departments and choice.
🛒 Variety and choice is good in the food department. There is a good size GLUTEN FREE section. You can find VEGAN choices. There is also a large ORGANIC section. If you have specific DIETARY NEEDS this shop is a good palce to shop.
🏠 Has household items large and small for both indoors and outdoors.
💻 There is a large electrical department selling all you need for house and home.

Great shopping destination. Absolutely everything you might need under one roof

Excelente hypermarket. Very spacious and modern, with a lot to chose from. Its always clean and always stocked because theres always staff ready to help. Ive never seen a big waiting line. Really close to "IC19". You can order your stuff from home and just drop by to pick it up ready to go. Theres n sushi takeaway inside. And a few extra stores just at the hypermarket entrance. The parking is a little confusing but theres a lot of spaces to chose from.

Giving this place 5 stars because of the churros man outside the entrance. Freshly fried churros coated with cinnamon and sugar. Best part was that the man always gave us extra churros. After first trying this, we couldn't stop coming back for more and ended up eating this everyday for 3-4 days.

A huge and fantastic supermarket, a real shopping center, we can buy everything for home and high quality fresh products. prices are fair. the staff is professional and friendly. they have a huge variety of products from various countries, especially French and Portuguese very good . they respect all hygiene standards.

Auchan used to be Jumbo before.

This is the place where we can find all of the products. It has multiple departments such as Drinks, Electronic stuffs, Fruits, Vegetables, Gifts, and so on. We can find literally everything here. If we have any questions or any issues, we can directly concern with the any staffs. Most of them can English very well. They are very attentive and polite to Customer. They explain very well. One of the staff is very convincing to sell "Oppo Mobile".

We can almost get all stuffs over here. We can pay by both the card and cash. They provide loyalty card to card too. We can see lots of people here. It is very usual to see a huge crowd here.

In overall, I strongly suggest you to visit here and get addicted.

Good, not to busy French roots magazin you can find everything inside with competitive prices

For a hypermarket, I have nothing more to ask for. Modern (best self-checking machines I've dealt with), spacious, wide range of products of all kind. There's a designated pet store - if the huge selection inside the actual market isn't enough for you, or if you want something more specific or expensive - and a huge appliances section called "box". There's also a cafe inside the building, a pastry shop, a flower shop, a clothing store, an organic/vegan store, a hair salon, a sewing place for quick fixes, and something else I'm surely forgetting. The outdoor parking space is immense, and there are two ATMs. Never been disappointed.

Could find some good prices and it's less confusing than other shops. I could get really good support with the wine choice.

Amazing supermarket, huge, you have almost everything up to even domestic appliances and this at affordable and amazing prices in comparison with other supermarkets in Portugal. Worthwhile a regular visit if you don't live too far away.

It is a very big supermarket with reasonable prices. You find everything you need. From things for the house, electronics to groceries with many products also foreign and gluten free. There are also few other shops outside the main supermarket, in the hall. Also a mobile phone repairer shop and a ATM.

Very nice and spacious supermarket with not only food but also a large assortment of other products ranging from electronics and household appliances over clothes, toys and much more.

I live several miles away with many grossery stores around my house but Jumbo is by far my favorite. They not only have friendlier staff but fresher than usual produce and a wide selection. Only place I can find KEWPIE mayo.
