KUBOO Self-Storage | Abóboda

I know a lot of storage facilities, but this is the absolute best I have ever experienced. The staff is the best one can wish for; always helpful, answering emails rapidly, making arrangements, giving a hand, accommodating changes, communicating in excellent english and always with a big smile. The place is very clean and well designed and has tools and materials if needed. It was always a joy to visit and I regret it stopped because of me moving away. When there was an issue with the access they kept me informed in every step of the process. They even helped with the moving company; which guys were excellent as well; not expensive, fast and careful. Even after it stopped I received a kind farewell email. Excellent services!! We will miss you all!!!

I can not say anything bad about this storage company. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating and there 24/7 for help if needed. The entrance and hallway are always very clean. Very easy access with your car or big van inside to up- or unload stuff and easy access to the boxes (by a big lift to the upper floors) and free available transport cars. They also have free coffee and a guest toilet space available! The boxes are also easy accessible with your private key lock and kept everything clean and dry. No dust, no moisture. I rented two big boxes of 12 m2 for a little over a year and was very satisfied to always find all my stored goods back in tip top shape, exactly the way I had left it there. I went to see various storage places before making my choice, but Kuboo proved to be by far the best organized, cleanest, draft free place with competitive prices.

Amazing space, super nice service. Super easy access. I recommend for sure. I always felt my stuff was well stored, better than in my house as the boxes are super clean, easy access and very secure!

Honestly some of the best customer service I have received anywhere. The quality of the facility is amazing - well ventilated, lit and accessible. If I need more space I will 100% get another unit with them.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. They are very responsive, polite and helpful, and they are open long hours. The building is easy to find and they have multiple different storage size options and provide trolleys to move your boxes on. They refunded unused days. Lovely people work there who gave a notebook to my toddler to scribble on to keep her busy while I was signing forms. Really professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

If you're in need of storage space, Kuboo is the place for you! First, their staff is very friendly, welcoming and multi-lingual, so no need for language barrier. Second, their facility is maintained well, your items are going to stay as how you stashed them, with their temp/humid control. Lastly, their security will make sure that you don't lose any of your precious things!

Loved our experience with KUBOO! Every member of the team was professional, courteous and super helpful. We were looking to ship our luggage and were remote vs on-site and unable to receive them. Sofia, Talles, Joanna, the whole staff said “no problem”. I only wish I could use them to help us find a home. I would recommend to anyone!

I’ve had 4 storages in 4 different countries, for several years so I know a good storage and this is the best hands down. Super clean and even kind of cosy, very nice and professional staff, great opening hours even at weekends. Perfect.

Best decision I took. I didnt know for how long I need to store my things and decided to try kuboo. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Everyone was extremely helpful, spoke perfect English and had a maximum level of flexibility. Rented for 2 months and spontaneously got back from my trip and could easily leave the contract even though I noticed them later than formally agreed. Got the deposit back immediately and whenever I returned to get something from my storage, the staff was happy to help and very friendly. It was cheap, easy and just everything I needed

This is the place to safely self-store up to 16 m2 of whatever effects you need to for a month, 6 months or a year or more.
The site is 6 months old and it’s still sparkling new. Service is friendly and as efficient as the whole site. English spoken!
The premises are alarmed with direct notification to police and private security of any breaches.
A5, Abobada turn off, is about 10 minutes away. Car/truck can be parked right inside the building next to the complimentary dollies (three formats) and double elevators.
Climate controlled ensuring temperatures don’t exceed 23 degrees. Access to the units is extensive throughout the week and monthly rents run from about 180 euros (10m2) to 260 (16m2). Much smaller though large storage lockers are available as well. Ceilings are 2.40m. Signing for 6 months gets you a 5% discount; 12 nets you 10% off!
We will be availing of their services this year in full confidence.

It is not often that one has such a pleasant experience when storing ones prized posessions for an extended period after emmigration from South Africa. The whole experience of working with Kuboo, was a pleasure. The staff were attentive and advised me on the least cost space required for my shipment. The use of Kuboo supplied equipment to facilitate the transfer of goodsfrom my Container to the Locker was a big value add, for me. The overall security and access control, of the Facility, and hygiene, of the Self-Storage Lockers is excellent. We were totally satisfied with Kuboo Self-Storage, Abóboda. What an amazing experience we had with KUBOO - we were able to book the unit whilst abroad and use it the day we landed - it has to be one of the most immaculate storage facilities we have used across the globe !

Following our return from a long work assignment abroad, we had to deal with a common problem. There is no available space at home to keep all your goods that you bring in a 20' container. We decide to book an additional space at Kuboo Storage Aboboda. I can only say that the experience was fantastic since the first contact. The rental process is clear and fast.
