The seafood salads at this place were a true delight. They impressed us with their freshness, and they paired perfectly with the wine selection. Although the service was a bit on the slow side, and it took us some time to place our orders, we still had an enjoyable dining experience overall.

Beautiful restaurant, amazing food and attentive service! Highly recommended

Upon arrival, we were already feeling welcomed by the cozy & well designed restaurant interior and were able to enjoy the sunset from a table by the window. The waiters were all super friendly, attentive and eager to help with anything we needed.

We selected one of the cheaper bottles of white wines on the menu (the selection is huge), a vinho verde, and it was great!!

We had octopus and monkfish with a few sides as our main dishes - everything was of top notch quality, very very tasty and the portions more than fair for the price paid.

Would highly recommend anyone in the area to stop by!

I was in Troia for a business trip and decided to look for a good restaurant nearby. I chose this amazing restaurant just 20 minutes far. When you get to this place you will appreciate the nice garden where you can eat at the tables outside. I enjoyed a sunny evening. The service is just excellent. All the waiters speak good English and are very kind. The food here is delicious. I took an octopus with a fantastic Portuguese white wine. And at the end I had a fabulous dessert with cream and mango with pistacchio on top. The colors, the tastes, the smell, the sun, everything was perfect. I will come back for sure. This place is also good for an aperitif.

Visiting this restaurant is a must if you're in the Comporta area!
The staff are lovely and were very happy to help with the vast wine list - and it's a lovely selection (even if we stuck to the same bottle twice).
Dinner was amazing, the food was incredible with large portion sizes, our starter could have fed a family of 4!
Such a lovely, low-key restaurant - if you want to book, I recommend heading to their Facebook page and send them a message.

BEST restaurant we went to in Comporta during our stay. Every dish was so creative and delicious, beautiful atmosphere and the service was amazing. Fresh, local ingredients. The mousse desserts 👌🏽 Felt like we stumbled across a true gem. Wish we could have gone twice!!

Not so hidden gem in Comporta. They have some of the best food we have had in and around Lisbon. The Venison and Misto are succulent and tender. My Portuguese friends praised their Açorda, a must try if you come here. Their casava and sweet potato fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

The surprise of the various nights we went there was the wine. Each night the manager and sommelier recommended excellent Portuguese wines, both white and red. Their gin and tonic is an excellent aperitif, they use Gin from the area.

All around an excellent place to visit in Comporta. Strongly suggest that you make reservations in advance. They will happily take walk ins as the staff is super friendly and accommodating, but if you want to avoid the wait, make a reservation.
Also, bring your bug spray, there are many mosquitos at night, but if you forget yours they will give you some. Small price to pay to have dinner outdoors.

Very good

The service is excellent. They don't just drop your plate on the table and then forget about you. Instead, they come by multiple times and ask whether everything is alright or whether you need anything else.

The food is also very delicious. We had lamb loin and venison loin. Both pieces of meat were tender and tasty. Also the additional vegetables side order was good.

A reservation seems to be advisable, the restaurant filled up fast when we were there.

Eating and drinking here was like taking a culinary tour of the Alentejo region. The ambience is warm, service is great, and food local and well executed. The star of the show is Adrien, who treated us like welcome guests and was so generous with his knowledge of the region and Portugal at large. Loveliest experience, would highly recommend.

Cinco estrelas! The staff is really friendly and we loved all their recommendations, especially the Tiger prawns, the Clams, the Bolinhos de Alheira and Bacalhau, the Arcebispa red wine and the chocolate desserts.
