This is an incredible place to have a holiday. It is very relaxing. It was quiet, despite a lot of people being there. The best thing about this place is the staff. From the gym staff to reception, to the bar staff or housecleaning, everyone is really helpful, friendly and accommodating. An added bonus that Portuguese are very friendly with children.

very nice Location, very nice facilities, nice rooms all very good.
however the breakfast is not good, more like an average 4 star breakfast and the room service was a major disappointment aswell. but due to the competitive price of this hotel and given its superb rooms and facilities this can be recommended. for food eat out, there are some excellent top rated Restaurant nearby.

A beautiful place. The apartments are so big with all the amenities that you need. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The spa is so nice and not busy at all. I had it all to myself at one stage - just how I like it. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for relaxation.

hidden gem of Carvoeiro! the rooms are nice and spacious, you have everything you need. we book a townhouse and it was perfect for 4 people. the amenities are amazing as well. we really liked the pool area. we’ll be definitely coming back to spend some more time off 🌊

We went on a Ladies Trip and, initially, we were sceptical about the mixed reviews. No need to worry! We had a fabulous time! We stayed on a Bed and Breakdast basis. The rooms (H6, H7, H8) were spacious, clean and peaceful. There is a fridge, iron board and iron in each room. The beds were huge and super comfy.
The hotel is on beautiful grounds, but could do with a refurb to be a fully fledged 5* property.
The staff were all lovely, but Carla takes the crown as she went out of her way to ensure we were happy with our short trip by advising us on the best places to explore, eat and shop!
The pool area was nice and the weather was delightful on our final day so we lounged in the sun. However, the outdoor pool was freezing so you had to be prepared for an ice plunge bath experience to fully enjoy it.
The spa was lovely. We did not get a chance to book a treatment, but we used the jacuzzi, steam, sauna and indoor pool.
Breakfast was really wholesome and we were so impressed with the variety of fresh fruit which included papaya, kiwi, pineapple, grapes and melons - all ripe and yummy!'
We travelled in off season, so it was quiet, peaceful and scarce - just what we needed. We would definitely return again with family, partners or solo - so highly recommended.
The property is situated on the outskirts in a beautiful rural setting with plenty of fresh air, trees and open green spaces.

Very luxury resort. Clean and the service is great. Tryed out the Spa, and it was amazing. I like massages and it's very good for me well beeing. Keep up the good work!

The experience with the service was excellent. We encountered an issue with our room, and Director Daniel went above and beyond to assist us.
The hotel is extremely tranquil, and the scenery is truly breathtaking.

Our 3rd time staying here, a lovely hotel in every sense, quiet and peaceful, you will need a car if you like beaches, although the pool area is also lovely. Apartments are spacious and well decorated, the breakfast buffet is amazing as is the service from the staff, in fact all staff are friendly and very polite, we highly recommended this hotel to all.

Just returned home to UK from a fantastic short break playing tennis at the Vale d'Oliveras resort. An absolute gem of a hotel, super modern, clean, spacious rooms, pools, gym, spa relaxing atmosphere with plenty of first class amenities to keep all entertained.

Staff were friendly and the food (we only had breakfast) was delicious. Loads of choice.

The best massage I've ever had!!! Not cheap but well worth it.

Never been to Carvoeiro before, the beach is breathtaking and the coastal walk is a great way to see the town.

A beautiful part of Portugal, this hotel is a must.

Only downsides I would say are that the outside pool was a little too cold, but to be fair it was only in May. The indoor pool was closed but purely for refurbishment, I'm sure it will look great once finished. And it is quiet. Great if you like an early night but there's no entertainment on and bar closes early.

I have stayed here several times before and it hasn’t changed.
Very clean and staff are super helpful and efficient.
It’s nice and quite and very relaxing. It’s out of town so you need a car otherwise you are very limited on food options and it’s a long walk down a dark road at night so I wouldn’t recommend it.
We upgraded to a 2 bed deluxe with garden view, it’s lovely and spacious. Kitchen looks brand new and the rooms are nicely decorated. Bathrooms are super clean but starting to look a little tiered, a few cracked tiles in the shower, but nothing major.
Breakfast is lovely and plenty of choice.
Pool bar food is ok, had a Caesar salad and it was swimming in dressing so had to send it back and they brought me another one with the dressing on the side. Rather than diced chicken a fillet would be nicer. It’s quite pricy as well but given there’s no completion that’s probably why.

Wonderful resort, great service and friendly staff. Bonus having the train to the town and back

My wife booked this place for our honeymoon and it was perfect! During the booking process, my wife mentioned that we’re on a honeymoon, and the hotel manager gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries upon checking in! We’d definitely go back again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Appartments are spacious, staff is helpful, breakfast is great. We would come back. The only feedback we have is that food service is very slow, even though it wasn't busy at all.

We had the most wonderful stay here. The level of accommodation and cleanliness is very high: Spacious suites, comfortable, well equipped set in beautiful gardens. The breakfast is incredible. The pool area is well kept and the pool itself is lovely. The staff were so polite, and will do anything for you. We took advantage of the gym facility where the staff are expert and do excellent training and classes. The Pilates was brilliant. Special thanks to Jose, Jose P, Diogo, Tania, Sandra, Felismina, thanks for making our holiday so special. We will be coming back.

I cannot rate this gorgeous place enough, a hidden jewel!! Our luxury apartment with our little open garden was perfect for a wandering/crawling 11 month old grandson. In fact it is a perfect place for small children with a lovely toddler pool, so safe. Cleanliness and facilities in the apartment were 5 star, fabulous well equipped kitchen. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, would book again anytime.

We have just got back from our holiday at Vale d' Oliveiras. Beautiful, tranquil setting with friendly staff. Special mentions to Valentina, who was incredibly professional. My massage was one of the best I have ever had, and I loved the massage chair while I had a pedicure. Tania and the breakfast team gave us our coffee with a smile. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was exactly what we needed. A relaxing holiday in a beautiful place. All the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. The food was reasonably priced, very tasty, and beautifully presented. We stayed mostly on site but did venture out for a day. The hotel organised a taxi for us and it came within 10 mins. The added touches in the room were great, and the ongoing supply of clean towels was very good. We loved our stay and will be back for future visits.

Excellent hotel...so good I came back within two weeks!

Just returned. A pleasant experience. Everything was immaculate. Located in a remote area in the Algarve but not too far away from other places. All the employees were very helpful and courteous.
Fantastic complimentary breakfast and dinner was exemplary in their main restaurant.
My only gripe is the pool bar restaurants food was very very lacking in quality and very expensive.
I would definitely recommend people going there if they're in the area.

Just loved staying here, the reception staff so helpful and friendly to deal with. Our room was fantastic and spotlessly clean. Restaurant for breakfast had great selection and the coffee was nice too. The grounds of the hotel very well maintained.
