Restaurante Colibri

Lovely local restaurant, the best we've been to so far (after a week of trying). Friendly helpful service, especially when it came to translating the handwritten menu. Good honest for at good honest prices. Mostly seafood, but some meat: I had the pork with clams (carne de porco com amêijoas), H had the grilled swordfish and we shared a salad and a half litre of vinho verde. We'll be going back again. (Card payment. No dogs inside.)

Gotta say, the food is amazing and extremely tasty! The staff is caring and nice to everyone that walks in and by them at all times. Not pricey either! In terms of quality/price, I'd say it's pretty good!

I've been eating here for years, not only is the food amazing but the service is friendly and warm. Clearly quality ingredients, menu with lots of choice for all the family.lovely outdoor seating area (maybe book in advance if you want outdoors), carvoada (photos attached) is our favourite, the children LOVE having their own mini bbq, the 'espetadas' are very good too.

Very nice restaurant. Great menu and delicious food. We ordered meat on a stake and it was prepared in very original way (i wont spoil it Just order it) and it was delicious. Lots of desserts which is too hard too choose from. We learned to order an Americain Coffee! Great, helpfull and nice service and staff

The best meal we had in portugal. The finest cuts of meat. Brilliant cocktails and the waitress deserves an award. Couldn't be better. Drinks were fantastic and the prices coudlnt be beaten.

On our last evening the only restaurant we had been to in the village was closed so we wandered around and stumbled upon this gem. Wonderful service and great food.

We came in as a family of 5 one quiet Monday afternoon. There was so much choice on the menu, including kids options and everything we had was delicious. The service was very friendly too. Looks an unassuming place, but well worth a visit.

I've been eating at this family owned restaurant for over 20 years, I and anyone else who has eaten there have never had a meal that was anything other than excellent.

The hardest choice is choosing which meal to eat, my favourite is the bife na pedra (steak on the stone), but there are many great options.

We frequent the Colibri restaurant for the excellent food. But the flavor stands out and is made special by the excellent service provided by Mr. Norberto (Beto) who makes the experience a pleasant and quality-rich event. Congratulations to Mr. Beto.! Food was fantastic. Prices very reasonable. Sardines were superb and they were very accomodating considering we were a large group.

Nice restaurant that offers an interesting menu with large choice of fish and meat. The quality of the food is very good. We had dinner on the terrace outside. Service is great. Highly recommended.
