Fantastic place. Waitress spoke perfect English which really helped me. The food was delicious. I had veal steak with potatoes and vegetables. Really tasty and something extra on it that set it off but I'm not sure what. A couple of desserts and drinks and all for €30. I'd highly recommend. Nice, big, modern setting.

Excellent service and excellent food !! The restaurant was completely full when we arrived and they gave us a table within 5 minutes of waiting. The staff was super efficient and the food arrived very quickly, considering the restaurant was full. We ordered vegetarian alheira and the vegetarian chamuças and they were amazing. The alheira tasted exactly like the original, one more proof that it's not the chicken that has the flavour, it's the seasoning and quality of the ingredients. And the food was just overall very tasty and well made. For the desserts I recommend the brunette pudding (pudim de castanha) and the mango mousse. It's familiar space, comfortable for families.

A prime example of a restaurant where the atmosphere is the spice which holds the flavours together. Simple food served with care and a smile.

We ate the Javali and it was amazing. We payed 18 per person for a full meal, drinks and desert.
We have a small boy and they even got him a you kitchen to play! It could only be better if they also had a toy garage 😉

What a find!
Everything homemade, moderate prices, super friendly staff, dog friendly. You can taste the terroir in the food. Just awesome. Might stay another night.

For mains our family tried the goat the steak and broad beans with pork all the dishes were fabulous. Our choice of wine Quinta do Couquinho was on par with the best of Portugal. Desserts we had the trio Almond Panacotta Almond tart and Almond mousse mouth watering.

The restaurant is lovely, the food and service divine and the restaurant is a gem. The owner of the restaurant, Suzannah, is an impressive young woman - intelligent and warm - it was a true pleasure to meet her.
