Vergonha já liguei várias vezes e está sempre desligado

Excelente atendimento e pessoal muito competente e profissionais. Ñ tenho nenhuma razão de queixa, antes pelo contrário.

A equipa de enfermagem que me acompanha é 5 estrelas.

Simpatia do pessoal, só que poucos funcionários e médicos para a afluência. Uma pena pois quem la trabalha é fantástico

A bit hit and miss here. Regular thing here with the doctor's receptionist... if you don't speak fluent Portuguese you get the all too common racist behavior of giving you no information, then after waiting, telling you to wait more, and then finding out the receptionist hasn't actually dealt with you.
Overall the medical staff are let down by the racist receptionist.

Deve ser preciso enviar sinais de fumo ou um pombo correio para marcar uma consulta, porque claramente pelo telefone não é possível.

Ou está o número ocupado, ou chama eternamente até a chamada cair, mas ninguém atende. Mais de 1h a tentar ligar e nada.

Me and my husband wanted a doctor visit. We don’t have insurance so we knew we had to wait in the queue for the appintoment. Unfortunately we don’t speak Portuguese but we were trying to use google translate for help.

Staff is not friendly, they are not bothered to help you in any ways. They were trying to avoid us and send us to the different place even tho we were sent here from that place.

The only person who helped us was one of the patients who could speak English. Only after him talking to the receptionist we got an appointment to doctor. We had to wait over three hours, staff wasn’t helpful even during this hours. Everyone who came after us, or before us has already left. So in the end we just felt we were treated like this just because we didn’t speak the language and didn’t know anyone who worked here. Would not recommend anyone to come here ever and of course we won’t even come back.

Não o fazem o mínimo de atender o telefone, somos obrigados a nos deslocar apenas para ouvir a que horário a médica estará disponível. Ainda são extremamente antipáticos com imigrantes, das atendentes à médicos. Não exerça medicina se não tem o mínimo que é preciso para a profissão: empatia.

Desde as 08h a tentar ligar, são 11h e nada. O impressionante é ir ao centro de saúde e ligar para eles mesmo lá dentro e o mesmos nada importados com a chamada, a beberem o seu cafezinho de perna cruzada, que bom emprego. Tambem gostava.
