Hotel Warszawa SPA & Resort

Everything was very good. Surrounding area looks beautiful, rooms are spacious and there is possibility to play table tennis and pool. The hotel is new and cosy.

It would be nice if the water temperature in the pool was warmer or there was a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi could be added instead of children pool, because most of them swim in the big pool anyway. Also, it would be good if there was more gluten-free food options during breakfast.

I love details - good breakfast, bathrobe, sleepers, coffee and tea maker, a balcony with lake view, a convenient path close to the lake that takes you half an hour to the city center. All you need for autumn time. It was just one day stay and I had no time to use spa. The only minus for me was that turning the lights were somehow not logical for me. But , if I only have the occasion , I will go back for sure

Superb stay! We wanted a short run away from daily routine with our 3 years old, and it was just super. Spa, pool and amazing kid’s room and the whole beatiful autumn coloured surrounding was just perfect. Thank you the staff for everything!

We had breakfast here several times while visiting Augustow in the summer. It’s by far the best breakfast around with great and changing variety, hot and cold food, local specialties and great service.

My expectations was exceeded. Attention to details, so many thoughtful decisions which makes your stay splendid. I can not mention tasteful and rich breakfast with local products - what else you need to start another great day! This is no doubts the best hotel in Augustów.

The hotel is nice. The rooms were comfortable and we'll decorated, although the walls conduct quite a lot of noise. There are a lot of procedures, and I found all of them relaxing. The medium sized pool is also well kept, but the gym next to it was quite lacking with 4 exercise machines and a small variety of dumbbells. I enjoyed the meals, both in the morning and evening. The landscape around the hotel buildings was very nice for a walk, so overall I had a good experience.

Very nice hotel. It is located in a beautiful environment next to a lake and forests. There are multiple smaller beaches in the area. The area is good for both walking and biking.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Especially the staff of restaurant Pinarbo who cooked special vegetarian meals after being asked beforehand. There are also a few vegan meals in the restaurant menu. Overall, the food was very tasty.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The hotel has a small indoor pool and a small gym. Next to the hotel there is also a possibility to rent boats. The hotel is dog- and kids friendly.

Very nice hotel, we had a pleasant stay, beds are very comfy, the rooms are clean and quiet, breakfast also very good, i liked the nature outside the hotel you can walk by the lake..also is very nice that there is something to do for children and it is friendly hotel for dogs also. We stayed only for one night, next time will come for longer…Thank you😊

Good hotel in nice place, but too expensive for what you get. Could be more information on English, as for example in restaurant we get menu in Polish only (for the included diner).

I have stayed here only for one night, had a dinner in the evening and early in the morning got out. So i cannot tell much about this place's Spa and resort features. But i can tell little about room, restaurant, food and staff. So, first the room. It was very compact, good that i have stayed only for night, otherwise it would start to feel claustrophobic, other than that all was ok with the room- modern, clean. Then the restaurant - I came quite late to a hotel, but i was surprised that kitchen was still working, and i had very delicious local meal with local delicious beer. And last, the staff in reception and in restaurant were very polite.

Perfect place to spend a night. For slightly over 100 euros you get a room for 4 people, spa access and fair breakfast. Dinner in restaurant was just magnificent. Very good experience!

Everything is ok. Room for two quit big, with balcony. Very good breakfast, super water pool and sauna.
