Bar ABRO

It was nice to come back to the ABRO. Friendly staff, delicious food, nice atmosphere. Food came quickly as usual, the business is going well for sure with is good.
The only thing that needs amending is the parking. The parking should be bigger as there are more people coming into this place. Other than that, I would still recommend this place.

Excellent "side road" restaurant with wide menu selection. Fast and efficient service. Quality home made food and delicious deserts. This should be on your scheduled restaurant stops when in the Augustów /Suwalki area. It is next to a very famous ROSPUDA VALLEY nature preserve and it offeres rooms as well. Highly recommend.

Easy layover, great rooms and welcoming staff. The breakfast is tasty and filling. Kids loved it.

Very kind and responsive staff. The place is outside the city, which allows you to rest well in the evening and quickly continue the next day. The food is very well prepared, interesting recipes and large portions.

It is the best cafe on the road from Baltic to Warsaw or back. If possible, we already have a pit stop here. Delicious menu with good price. Also, have a room for overnight stay.

Recommended place on your way to Poland or back. Food is quickly served, big portions and acceptable prices.
Staff speaks in many languages, including Latvian, Lithuanian, Russian, English and of course Polish.
Outside the bar there is a playground. Also you can stay here overnight.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of food was served in a nice way.

When I was leaving fee coffee was given to me as a nice gesture from the owner!

For Latvians - menus are in Latvian and staff can greet you in Latvian as well. A welcoming surprise.

Huge portions of yummy yummy food! Ordering is a tad chaotic, but for such great price-quality balance, can't complaign!

Excellent staff with a nice attitude. Atmosphere as you were in your grandma's home. Perfect, delicious food that haven't changed since so long at all.
If it's about the menu you can find there something new every time you go there but it's rather a regional food.

Update 2019: Still great food at reasonable prices! Always busy but that tells you everything you need to know . Update 2021 ….still as good as ever and the ribs are to die for 😋

I guess that everyone who has ever made a trip from Baltic`s to Poland or vice versus knows and/or been here. Great place, reasonable prices and tasty food. On top of that small hotel to stay overnight. Try traditional Polish potato&sausage soup or Golonka.. ;)

Very cosy place, lots of Polish traditional dishes, swift service but the most amazing thing was that menu has translations of dishes in Latvian, which made our stay even more pleasant. The only problem is that they allow smoking on the terrace, but it"s a question of couple of years. Strongly recomend for travelers who would like to rest & meal. Thank you!

Very nice place coming into/from Polin from the East.
Good cuisine, nice personel, well-equipped childroom, wide internal and external space.
