Excellent taste experience, super service, great ambience.

We visited the restaurant Giewont today and booked a 6-course menu (1x classic, 1x vegan) with wine pairing. It was excellent. Each wine perfectly matched the individual dish. Our waiter Kuba was very attentive and quick. The food tasted fantastic. We liked it so much that we will go there again tomorrow.

A very exquisite place, building, service and food for a more affordable price, especially for a Michelin star restaurant. The architecture, the interior and everything is unique, very elegant and classy. We did not plan our visit ahead so we felt a bit underdressed for the occasion, but the nice staff did not make us feel uncomfortable at all, on the contrary! The degustation menu offers a very satisfying, flavour rich experience which lasts at least two hours and besides that it is amazing, fine dining quality food you will be well full by the time you finish all courses. I recommend the seasonal menu for a more intensive experience for your taste buds. Would definitely recommend to gourmets and anyone who would just want to give fine dining a try. You won't regret it! :)

Our top dining experience in Poland. Absolutely excellent food and service, I could not fault it whatsoever. The dishes are very well thought out and everything was delicious. The service was exemplary, whilst it is a more formal dining experience the staff made it a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. My compliments to the team at restaurant Giewont!

One of the best meals we’ve had. The seven course tasting menu was amazing. A great mix of polish and French dishes with fresh local ingredients. Very attentive staff that always make sure we have a great time. Highly recommend this restaurant!

As a local I take great pride of having such a world class restaurant nearby. I recently dined with my fiancée for Valentine’s Day and was impressed and amazed by the food and service. I look forward to referring this fine establishment to my guests. The Valentine’s Day menu was outstanding!

Amazingly delicious restaurant in Zakopane with a gorgeous dining area and overall impeccable aesthetic. Service is top notch, all dishes were yummy. Order a bottle of polish wine and enjoy the views!

...hmmm...but risotto had a bit too much salt...
Last minute surprise...lam was too chowy.
For vegetarian option if the pea dumpling, it was not easy to eat. Tastes were OK.
Expensive for sure, and it is unsure if this price & quality ratio is reasonable...

We chose this place based on a recommendation in Michellin guide and we were not disappointed. Great food accompanied by amazing service from Kuba. If we return to Zakopane, we will definitely come back here. Thank you!

Very nice new restaurant with French cuisine combined with podhale elements made from selected regional products. Service and food are the highest standards (Michelline level). It is not cheap but it’s worth it. Highly recommended.

An amazing experience! Food was absolutely fantastic! The Tartar is something unheard of! Must try, trust me 🙂Already promised to take a reservation next time we visit and I keep my promise 😉
Waiters were amazing and even though four of them took a care of our table of two, all of them approached us as if it sas their own table, this place seems to offer the option of how it should be in all of the restaurants.
Handy reminder, it's not possible to leave a tip paying with card, so go ahead and bring a cash, You'll be amazed and you will want to leave some 😉

I consider myself extremely lucky to have eaten in many of the worlds top restaurants from street food all the way through Michelin 1,2 and 3 stars and the lunch I just ate today at this spectacular restaurant is up their with the best dining experience’s I’ve ever had !!!
The property itself is stunning and tastefully luxurious yet still cool with jaw dropping views of Zakopane’s surrounding mountains.

My son and I ate the 5 course tasting menu ( all of which were, beautifully balanced, complex, cerebral and top top class ) consisting of Beef Tartare With Forest Mushrooms,
Lime Tree Egg With Reblechon De Savoie, Cauliflower & Bacon, A Sensational Lamb Veloute With Braised Lamb Leg & Pommes Duchesse, Beautiful Local Trout With Confit Potatoes, PakChoi Cabbage, Smoked Parsley Sauce & Trout Caviar and to finish possible the best Crème Brûlée I’ve ever had ( with milk from their own cow ) !!
This was all washed down with 5 different and interesting wines by the glass

Service from the delightful Monika was friendly and fun yet professional and elegant.

They have been open since the summer and will unquestionably be awarded a Michelin Star and it would not surprise if they go straight in with 2 !!

I cant recommend this wonderful restaurant highly enough and I will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing experience. Marvelouse food, atmosfere and best of all was astonishing service from Kuba. Even we came in outdoor clothes we felt like princesses. Its definitive must visit in Zakopane.

Beautiful restaurant, the risotto was absolutely incredible, and the waitstaff were really wonderful. They were extremely knowledgeable about the dishes and the area and went out of their way to try to find potential English translations or equivalents for the more rare ingredients.

Best fine restaurant around Zakopane, very innovative and tasty approach to local traditional cuisine, spectacular desserts.
All the ingredients are not just locally prepared, but also grown by a selected farmer, meats are cured locally, amazing attention to detail.
Plus, you get a spectacular view!
