Food is awesome, taste of Shinwari is good, don't expect Tikka to be soft, you need to develop taste. Sitting on roof top is just ok. Better to Order before on phone.

The sitting area was good. They even have a place to offer namaz. The staff was very cooperative.
Personally, the shinwari wasn't up to mark. Iski serving choti thi aur hadiya charbi ziyada thi botiyan kam. Chicken bbq was satisfactory, naan were fresh and soft.

Updating review: the owner generously heard complaint for late order and proved to have very professional services.

If you want your order to be ready early, please cut the meat in your supervision and tell staff to do so. Best dunba available in Rawalpindi!

Dumba karahi was perfectly cooked.
Authentic taste and quantity was fulfilling. Rates are very economical.

Peshawari qehwa was refreshing.

Separate arrangement for families.

Pata Seekh was awesome.
Chaamp taste was good but it was not well cooked.
Shinwari was very tasty & little bit spicy.
Kehva was good but Gurr was not of a good quality.
Service delay was something that you will face sometimes.

Great taste especially bbq of dumba, but it will take time for the order as everything is prepared fresh.

For tredional food of northern area nankeen mutton it's a good place. Taste is good. Bread is excellent. Nankeen bar b q was fantastic. Cutting of mutton was not so good but chefs covered it in cooking.

Loved the food, namkeen Tikka was very good, shinwari karhai is very good as well. I live to take my friends to this place who love meat. Special instructions for cooking can be, select meat for Karahi specially use leg meat, for Tikka you can use any items like ribs or back. Ask them meat should be soft and easy to bite, as some time meat is not well cooked and you can have digestion problem later. As lamb meat is heavy in digestion. Don't forget to have green tea as food is too fatty.

Namkeen mutton karahi is good otherwise i didn't recommend to dine in or out

This place has rekindled the flame of hope of finding reasonable lamb in Rawalpindi. I have tried Khyber Dodai, Kabul, Khyber, Darbar and each and every one of them lacked in one way or the other.
Then there's this place: plain and simple, all lamb! The tikka was made beautifully: it was succinct, juicy, and tender! I fell in love with the very sight of it! The karahi was also made in a balanced way, giving a hint of authenticity. Cherry on top was the qehwa served Pathan style!

The most scrumptious desi food specially lamb if you want come to aseel shanwari..
No other place beat them in whole Rawalpindi and Islamabad
Taste is sooooo good, in a,reasonable price.
It's lamb karahi both namkeen and spicy ( i prefer spicy),chicken karahi, tikka patta wraped in lamb's fat is amazing.
Naan, OMG I love their naan too flufy and soft..
