Pearl Continental Hotel Rawalpindi

I was staying in room no 339 and I must say the room were immaculately clean and the room service was always on the ball.

The house keeping staff in particular is highly respectful and caters for your every day need without hesitation.

I would recommend this hotel for families and business trips .

An amazing experience the staff at the hotel made it a memorable experience with around the clock service and catering to all requests. The housekeeping was incredible as well the room service. High standards of cleanliness. Supervisor Fouzia was very helpful and Akash was always at hand to cater to our requests.

The rooms and spa facilities are comfortable, but the peculiar positioning of the pool, visible to diners at Marco Polo, detracts from its appeal. Furthermore, the culinary offerings are unremarkable, lacking the quality found in other establishments. While the accommodation met expectations, the same cannot be said for the dining options.

My stay was very relaxed and calm, beds are comfortable and the linen is fresh and clean washrooms also are clean. House keeping staff especially mr. Basit, miss rahal and miss fouzia is very coperative and friendly. Tgey listen to you very carefully and assisted me in a nice way.

Everything was perfect except for the thing that they have a centralized air conditioning system. You cannot have a chill room on demand if the centralized system is turned off by the management.

It's always been my favourite to get layovers in PC ; the best part of staying here is the facilities they provide to their customers; the house keeping is doing a great job, quite satisfied with their services, but at the of the day there is always a room for an improvement. Great place to stay if you have work/tasks in Rawalpindi. If you need to be in Islamabad then just need to keep a margin for commuting given the distance and traffic

Reception staff is very courteous. My whole stay was absolutely amazing. The staff of front office provides extreme services in a professional way. Especially Ms esha and rameeza they both guide very well and are willing to help in providing remarkable service. Excellent hospitality by front office staff.
