Every visit was worth it. I had sever neck and shoulder pain as i am always using my phone and laptop a lot. Dr. Emama Mushtaq guided me thoroughly about the easy exercises to do at home as well as about my posture. I noticed a huge improvement just after two visits as booking appointments is also easy and quick. Dr. Emama is truly professional and exceptional advisor as well. I have L4-L5 bulging discs, doctors advised me for surgery (TLIF) but I contacted Physiochillax for Physiotherapy. Alhamdulillah in 2 weeks I have almost recovered.
Its my personal experience please don't rush for surgery. I would recommend Physiotherapy first, it really works.

I had a tremendous experience. The doctor listened to my issues and then explained to me in detail about why I'm having those pains. Then i had a full one hour session in which they used some machines on my body as well as stretches and exercise. Overall very nice.

I haven't visit the physiochillax yet. But has followed it recently. Nd in the vry short period ov time i've learned alot. Even the seminar arranged by Dr. Emama was also vry helpfull. Really need such kind ov stuff nd platforms that help us to learn more and more nd motivate us in this pandemic. Highly appreciated. 👍🏻

Very clean & good environment, excellent service, liked their devotion towards proffession.I took my wife doctor guided all in details also in 3 session her issues was resolved, visible postural changes seen.Dr.Emama was very respectful during all visits,we have been to many other setups but we saw really good dealing at pysiochillax.The team is hard working.There was no status issues,as I'm a auto driver,been to many different hospitals & clinics but at physiochillax it was too good.May Allah bless them with great reward towards their humanitarian service.Amen
