My stay at the residential suite was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance exuded elegance and comfort. The suite was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully appointed with modern furnishings that perfectly blended style and functionality.

The panoramic views from the large windows were breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the bustling city. The attention to detail in every aspect of the suite, from the plush bedding to the well-equipped kitchenette, ensured a truly luxurious experience.

The amenities provided an array of options for relaxation and rejuvenation, whether it was unwinding in the state-of-the-art fitness center or taking a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool. Moreover, the attentive staff went above and beyond to cater to every need, ensuring a seamless and delightful stay.

Suites are amazing, specially considering the price. One of the very few options of a proper room with a separate living area. Most other options are just portions in a banglow or a portion of normal residential apartment.

Only issues in toilets all the time and bedding and towels. Need to improve on house keeping and keep renovation up to date

Suites are amazing, specially considering the price. One of the very few options of a proper room with a separate living area. Most other options are just portions in a banglow or a portion of normal residential apartment. This, however, is purpose built to have a very nice room with a separate living room. Can't recommend it enough. However, in-house laundry service is NOT available. That's the only issue I am having staying here (writing this review from room 301 on 8/12/2022)

A place where i wouldnt mind staying every weekend! You would always be warmly welcomed by the staffs. Mr Mohsin & Mr Sajid deserve a special thanks for the overall hospitality. Overall an amazing place to stay! Would definitely suggest this place to my family and friends.

Its a great place to stay with family and everything is available on walking distance! The staff is very co operate and the apartments r super clean and and with modern interior!

1.The location was so convenient with eassy excess.

Spacious, clean, comfortable 1 and 2 bedroom suites in bahria phase 7, near clock tower... Lots of restaurants within walking distance... Lively location.

Overall good experience. They need professionalism. Small tiny things ( amenities, kitchen utensils, cutlery etc) are missed and can improve. Rates are high as per my experience.

I stayed here with my family for about just 8 days or so, because we are from the uk you expect a certain standard and I’m pleased to say that overall everything was at a very good level,
The two bedroom apartment that we stayed in was of a very pleasant and good standard ( I haven’t attached any photos as the one they have posted themselves are very accurate, so there were no surprises)
Staff were pleasant and very helpful, always available if and when needed.
Anyone coming from western countries will also be able to benefit from all the food outlets literally on their doorstep, McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC, Hardee’s, Pizza Hut, Nando’s, just to name a few, which our children really enjoyed.
All in all the price for what you get is very reasonable when compared with other hotels in Islamabad and Rawalpindi( I hope it stays like that)

Things that I would recommend to improve on would be a safe/vault in the room and a good and efficient laundry service or a washing machine dryer.

AmaZing service, furnished apartments for rent. Clean comfortable and family friendly area. Walking distance from Green valley supermarket, McDonald's, kfc, pizza hut, burger king, and sliders, and New York coffee opening soon. Great staff.
