I had an extremely disappointing experience with this delivery service. They not only delivered my furniture late but also failed to answer their phones when I tried to inquire about the delay. To make matters worse, after two weeks of waiting, I decided to pick up my furniture myself, yet they still charged me the full amount. What's even more frustrating is that they didn't deliver all the products I ordered but still had no qualms about charging me the full price. This level of service is utterly unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against using this delivery service in the future

Nightmare! Their sales team lies profusely, disappears on you after failing to make deliveries and your entire ordering process will become a story of chasing and unanswered phone calls. Please train your staff and teach them ethics and stop making false commitments. Their sales person Faizan at the Lahore showroom - Meeshan home please do yourself a service and teach him how to work - dealing with him brings the worst out in us and is an awful experience.

Such inefficient staff and pathetic service. They are in ahurry to take payments from you but do not deliver the product in time or in our case at all. Never going to order from gere again.

Pathetic Customer service. Took our full payment and then did not send the complete furniture. They are giving us a hard time while refunding back as well.

Extremely bad customer service. Cant provide something as simple as an invoice. Have been contacting the team for over a week and they keep delaying. Disappointed
