Visited MCB pwd branch today, again what an experience of a true customer service. Well donevtonthe Branch manager and Operations manager for bonding together such a wonderfull team behind a counter which delivers excellent service. You have set the standards so high that you are competing with corporate branch. Again Well Done.

Cooperative staff but only 1 officer at counter to cater all customers, they should increase the staff at counter to facilitate customers

Same service as other Bank

Building is very small. Staff behaviour is usual.

Building is fine. Network is very slow. Normally one overloaded teller is dealing, causing delays

Counter calling system is not good it creats mess.

It was ok . But staff behaviour was rude

Pathetic customer service...all time only one counter is available for services and that only available officer is always busy on his mobile phone for gupshup

Even the Goblins Wizard Bank works faster than these Halfwits. Moronically slowish bank. Avoid on all cost

The worst branch I have ever been to. Ridiculous customer service with no proper area for people to sit. There are three counters and only one of them works and only one person is standing for tons of people. I don’t understand how they are running this branch with so many irresponsible staff members. The furniture is even broken, if you can’t fix that fix your customer service kindly.

If you want to ruin your day just go to this pathetic bank. They will pass 2 numbers in 1 hour and the staff will be seen strolling around like they are enjoying the view in Murree. Deposit your money in your old sock rather in this bank

Rude Behave of staff... They ruin all our previous time.. Too slow.. specially Counter No 4 Boy.. very cheap behave... He don't know how to talk to a person...
