Very unprofessional staff, not attending call also wasting time on simple things, got 30 mins wasted in just one package receiving still the issue is not resolved

Very unprofessional staff yesterday I visited here for account opening but they were giving me excuses and asked me to revisit. A lady sitting at the corner had worst attitude like she is not getting paid by bank perhaps she is paying bank management should take action.
