Inuwayan Winery

We have traveled to different parts of the world and have visited enough wineries to expect each country / region to produce very different wines. Some we may like, others, not…wine tasting is a personal experience. Adams produces fruit wines, other than grapes so one has to appreciate them for what they are and not compare to grape wines. There are several wineries in Adams and like other regions, it’s best to visit a few to find one you like. We gave Inuwayan Winery 5 stars for the quality of the wine, the peacefulness of the grounds / farm, the beautiful tasting room and the service provided. They charge 20 pesos for the tasting but not if you end up buying a bottle. More than fair. They are still ‘new’ as a winery and are ironing out their bottling, etc but if you want to try a variety of fruit wines, then definitely visit Adams (we stayed at Casa Paraiso) and don’t miss a visit to Inuwayan (call ahead to book your tasting if you can!). You wouldn’t want to miss out on a visit to Inuwayan!

We don't drink alcohol but we still went there to visit the place, had our companions taste the different wines and bought some as gifts. The location is accessible to guests with mobility issues and the price of the wine is reasonable.

Woww.. the quality of their wine is internationational yet very affordable. They have a wide variety of red wine with distinctive flavors. They even have champagne wines to my amazement. You should try their sweet and medium dry wine. Unbelievable.

Nice place with a free tour at their vineyard. Their local wine bottles are a pain to open, though.

Visited this place three years ago. Loved their bugnay wine varieties. They were very generous in educating their customers about how they make their wine and offering samples.

Friendly people. Had a great time here. Great wine tasting. Ended up buying 3 bottles of their local wine.

Owned by siblings. Free wine tasting. Great place. Large variety of fruit wine. Just hope that they serve cheese crackers with the wine.

Not happy, would be the best way I could describe this place.
I went there with my family to look at the beautiful village and sample the local wines. After trying the cacao wine we were all impressed by how unique and enjoyable the flavour was. We asked for 4 bottles. They brought us 4 but they were in different bottles that were 250ml short of the bottle on the counter so we asked if they were the same wine, just to be sure.
We were assured that the wine was the same and so was the cost, even though it was a smaller bottle.
We were so looking forward to drinking that wine when we had guests round. Imagine our disappointment when we opened the bottle to find a none alcoholic cordial that tasted like lemongrass that a dog had chewed and had so much sugar added that I almost lost 3 teeth within a week of drinking the only glass I could stomach....

Bit disappointing, really.
Oh and as a side sidenote, the cost was 300 pesos a bottle, the other winery's are far cheaper and better.
